MashaAllah. May Allah bless the shaykh. He's one of the few shayukh from amongst the sufis that i love to listen to, as he's orthodox and uses Qur'an and sunnah!
My Shaykh is worthy of more than just kissing his hands. He learnt me understanding the Quran and the reality of the prophet (sallah Llahu 'layhi wa salam), and gave me a portion of the inner science, which helps to have patience with my family and father. Al-hamdulilah, may Allah increase us in knowledge and 'ibadah. I don't know what Shaykh Asrar have expericend, but I am afraid that he's going to scare the youth from much good, ultimately from practising the fard. The inner science gives you strength to practise faraid, and practise the deen. May Allah guide us to understanding.

The biggest harm to the ummah has been done by some fake peers and bad mullah mulvi sheikh. Fact! The true people of Allah are very difficult to find but many don't even try. Before u start looking for a true peer you must check your niyaat. Why are u looking for a peer? For personal problems or for getting close to Allah and His Messenger (pbuh). If its for the latter then insha Allah you'll be guided but if its personal gain then more likely you'll find the fakes.
Al ghazali planned to write a book to critisize the bad parts of sufism. But he died and then ibn Al jawzi wrote the book tadlis iblis. So it's not unusual for sunnis to be critical of some of the problems of Sufis. Even Al shafi critiqued some of their flaws.
Sheikh Abdul Qadir al Jilani رضي الله عنه states "None of my followers will die before they repent. They will all die as faithful servants of Allah. Each of my good followers will save seven of his sinful brothers from hellfire. If in far west, the private parts of one of my followers were to be inadvertently exposed, we, although we were in the far east, would cover them before anyone could notice. I have been given a book, a book as long as any eye could see, which contains all the names of the ones who will follow me until the end of time. With Allahs blessing we will save all of them. He was talking about groups, saying in a extreme way one tells you to do this, and one more in subtle ways tells you to do wrong. And he has refuted all these sort of practices in other lectures. So its best not to assume he is trying not to upset someone. Rather its better to think good of your brothers and have good opinion of them.
From what I understand there are madhabs for Fiqh and Tariqas for Tasawuf does this mean Tariqas are a cult? Yet the madhabs require that you stick to that Madhab and not go back and forth so does that now negate the thinking that Tariqas are a cult?

I joined the Saifi Naqshbandis then left when the Pir Sahb advised us not to read any books but follow only what the Shaykh said(to keep all mureeds dumb robots) & keep doing your zikr! Another Pir, who was given "khilafat" basically admitted, when asked to talk, that he had zero knowledge of the Shariat, Fiqh, etc but he could move your lataifs with his eyes & hands!!! Another brother did his zikr but saw nothing wrong in praying in the deobandi masjid/ behind such an Imam! But the money keeps flowing from the mureeds to the Shaykh, but ilm on the deen & fiqh remains stagnant, unfortunately.
Bro from my experience both knowledge..zahir and batin go hand in hand... Saifi naqshbandi is one of the most blessed path... Do not blame the path....
@@mohammedislam7198 I was Saifi for 5yrs & went to Pakistan & stayed with my murshid, so I know what happens in front & behind the scenes. Tho the mureeds are very nice brothers, the Pirs are not as scholarly as they should be. Though you see them doing Allah's zikr all the time most of them will be clueless about Fiqh, Fatawa, plus Allah's sifaat, Zhaat, Ilm, His eternal Wujood from the Quran & Ahadith. Bc to find this out they need to read vastly on the creed of Imam Tahawi (ra) on who Allah is & the differences with other sects. But bc they don't read anything they won't tell you. My murshid's qiraat was very very basic, being a murshid of over 10,000s you could tell he doesn't do much qiraat. But he remembers Allah all the time...? Its a sect that focuses totally on khafi zikr but no tadabbur (pondering of the Quran) or tafakkur (reasoning & seeking Allah thru ilm, Ilham etc), none of that! Just do zikr & tho they can't explain anything from the Quran they can move your lataifs with their eyes! The best zikr is Qiraat ul Quran, just like Rasoolullah Sallahu alaihi wasalam. This spring turns into a waterfall called Ilm (knowledge) which turns into an ocean called Ma'rifat (knowledge/ experience of Allah).

@@John8_1 Only Allah knows who is a Sayyid and who isn’t. A true Sayyid tries his best to hide the fact that he is a Sayyid. They live a life of humility and it shows in there character. They try there utmost best to be hidden and they don’t like to be placed separately from the rest of the people.

Reality is if we do not have fake peers and baba's in such a number then wahabism have not spread this much. They wahabies always show public to these fake peers and tell them this is sufism, many people left Ahl e Sunnah wa Jam'ah just because of these fake peers.

Unfortunately many countries have been doing these things for a very long time. Best to beware of all groups/sects . Best to be Muslims as Allah named us in this scripture and the previous scripture. And then we also have the Pirs who acquire the title of Pir because their father was a Pir that’s akin to somebody inheriting the title of Doctor despite never going to Medical School. just because their father was a Doctor.
The Barelvis need educating on what Tassawuf actually is and what the true signs of a Murshid in this field are. And what’s more the Raudah Mubarak of Our Beloved Sallalahu Alayhi Wa Salam. Was established within the room of his own house. The height does apply to every other grave based on Hadith of The Prophet. And ALLAH knows best.

I joined the Saifi Naqshbandis then left when the Pir Sahb advised us not to read any books but follow only what the Shaykh said(to keep all mureeds dumb robots) & keep doing your zikr! Another Pir, who was given "khilafat" basically admitted, when asked to talk, that he had zero knowledge of the Shariat, Fiqh, etc but he could move your lataifs with his eyes & hands!!! Another brother did his zikr but saw nothing wrong in praying in the deobandi masjid/ behind such an Imam! But the money keeps flowing from the mureeds to the Shaykh, but ilm on the deen & fiqh remains stagnant, unfortunately.
Bro from my experience both knowledge..zahir and batin go hand in hand...

@@mohammedislam7198 I was Saifi for 5yrs & went to Pakistan & stayed with my murshid, so I know what happens in front & behind the scenes. Tho the mureeds are very nice brothers, the Pirs are not as scholarly as they should be. Though you see them doing Allah's zikr all the time most of them will be clueless about Fiqh, Fatawa, plus Allah's sifaat, Zhaat, Ilm, His eternal Wujood from the Quran & Ahadith.
Bc to find this out they need to read vastly on the creed of Imam Tahawi (ra) on who Allah is & the differences with other sects. But bc they don't read anything they won't tell you. My murshid's qiraat was very very basic, being a murshid of over 10,000s you could tell he doesn't do much qiraat. But he remembers Allah all the time...? Its a sect that focuses totally on khafi zikr but no tadabbur (pondering of the Quran) or tafakkur (reasoning & seeking Allah thru ilm, Ilham etc), none of that! Just do zikr & tho they can't explain anything from the Quran they can move your lataifs with their eyes! The best zikr is Qiraat ul Quran, just like Rasoolullah Sallahu alaihi wasalam. This spring turns into a waterfall called Ilm (knowledge) which turns into an ocean called Ma'rifat (knowledge/ experience of Allah).
