Salam. 2 questions from a total newbie (vo bhe 70+ years ka buddha! 😂):
1) Yekhni mn kitna paani & kitney chicken cubes?
2) We use an OTG with Rotesserie. While making chicken / mutton botee (about 2 cm cube/ ¾" cube) on skewers with thick pieces of onion, tomato, capsicums between meets, vegs burn/become charred by/before the time meats are cooked (i stick to temp and time as per recipe). Pls advise. Hv already ruined 3-4 batches. 😐 JazakAllah in advance.
