Salt 1 tbsp Crushed Black Pepper 2 tbsp Oil 5 tbsp Gravy Sauce: Beef Bones (Cooked) 1 Kg Salt 1 tbsp Bay Leaf 3 Nos. Black Pepper Crushed 1 tbsp Butter 6 tbsp Flour 6 tbsp Chicken Cube 4 Nos. Pepper Sauce: Gravy Sauce 1 Cup Crushed Black Pepper 1½ tbsp Cream Spicy 1 Cup Creamy Sauce: Gravy Sauce 1 Cup Cream 1 Cup Green Chili Chopped 6 to 8 Creamy Mushroom Sauce: Gravy Sauce 1 Cup Sliced Mushrooms 1 Cup Cream 1 Cup Butter 2 tbsp Choron Sauce: Gravy Sauce 1 Cup Cream Sauce 1 Cup Tomato Paste 4 tbsp Assorted Vegetables: Carrot Sliced 4 Nos. Zucchini Sliced 2 Cups Green Beans cut into 2 2 Cups Green Peas 2 Cups Cauliflower cut into floret 3 Cups Salt 1 tbsp Butter 6 tbsp French Bread Sliced 1 PC Method for Chicken/Beef Steak: Cut the beef into steaks. Sprinkle the beef and chicken with salt and pepper and fry them in a pan with oil till cooked. Set aside. Gravy Sauce: In a pan heat butter, add flour and cook for a minute. Add beef Bones stock, Children cubes, Bay leaf, and cook for 10 minutes. Remove bay leaf and add Black Pepper and cook for a minute set aside. Choron Sauce: Take some gravy sauce, add cream and Tomato paste. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes set aside. Assorted Vegetables: Melted butter in a pan. Add all the vegetables along with salt and fry on high heat for 2 minutes. Cover and reduce the heat cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Uncover and cook on high heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
