I remember playing this game as a kid with my cousin and had no idea wtf I was doing. I wish more people knew about this game and it could be re-released as-is with better graphics and maybe some cool looking effects that don't get in the way of the gameplay. This game is CRAZY, and you're amazing at it

As far as not running into me, though I would consider myself a top 25-30 player atm of those who are left, there's definitely better players than me, and most of the oldgens are slowly returning now. It's inevitable you'll run into good players.

@@bewitchyou54 I did, I started playing in 2007 and played with the guys that started in 2005, at the peak of our brazilian server we had the best players in the world by 2009-2010. Our Clans, Players and "lore" were the most interesting of all the servers, though you'd probably not know that. This isn't "real" GunZ, this is modern private servers gunz. Weapons had delay back in the day, we played with Breakers having 1100 ( or 1000 I'm not sure anymore ) of delay, after that, in private servers, people edited the guns, making Breakers with 950,900, 800, 750 of delay, as well as decreasing the gravity to allow the player to play faster. Not only that, but the shotgun shells would spread very wide the far they got, so shooting the other player from a long distance wasn't very effective, now they edited the shots to not spread nearly as much, meaning you can get a direct full damage shot from almost any distance. Having to actually time your shots, take your time reloading the shots, battling in close distance to increase the effectiveness of the Breakers, and play with actual gravity demanded more skill than playing in this post-official GunZ private servers nonsense where all you have to do is play fast, where AVGs with their 2 bullets and 1300 of delay are fully obsolete. We've played in many of the private servers after 2011, where stuff like gravity and delay were lowered ( bit by bit ) and still for most of the time had the best players, but at some point it got ridiculous, like in this video, if these Breakers have more than 800 of delay I'd be surprised.

As far as the the spread, that has been heavily modified throughout the years and perfected, if anything it's way better than what it used to be. FxP GunZ is the most reliable and vanilla server out there.
