Hi, Lydia! . At Mango I found a basket bag which is really similar to your Loewe's. It was just 19.99 euros and there is another model that has those parts in brown leather available in black too.
The detail that I really like for mango's basket bag is the silky interior bag to keep all our stuff inside safe and out of stares. And I forgot mentioning that a long handle additional is included.

usually have tissues, lip balm a pen and headache tablets in my bag x
I would add some tissues and in summer a bandana which I can use to sit down everywhere: benches, grass, etc...
I also carry a small package of tissues, breath drops and floss, and a pen.
