I am amazed by these things! So much packed into one tiny little package and it all works so well!! I will have to start looking at upgrading some things!!
Yeah I was really impressed with it. Had great control and wheel speed and the punch was instant. Definitely a worthwhile upgrade. Can't wait to try it with a 2 speed. 👍
Thanks very much 👍 Glad it helped you make your decision. Hope you enjoyed SST, we were super lucky with the weather. What rig was yours...test my memory! 😬🤣
Great video! I just put this in my new jlu build! Just posted the debut run. Absolutely a game changer motor! New subscriber here and big 👍🏻from the 419 crawlers
Thanks very much, appreciate the sub and comment. 👍 It's such an awesome combo isn't it. I'd actually like it if it was a slightly higher kv too if they could do that, for even more wheel speed. It's awesome having the best of both worlds though. 👍
what wheel's tyres and tyre foam are you using? also what battery do you recommend? im thinkin a 7.6v 5000mah 2c lipo cus i can get it in tamiya connector
Wheels and tyres are just cheap Injora ones, so nothing special. The tyres are Hyrax copies. I normally run a 3s Overlander Sport Track 4500mah in mine. I'd recommend ditching the Tamiya connector and switching to either Dean's or XT60. 👍
No, if anything I probably over geared it with a 17t pinion. I very much doubt you'll have any clogging issues, with the FOC technology it's meant to negate any cogging. You could always get the lower kv option too if you wanted too. I think it's fantastic, got one in my TRX4 and it's the best of both worlds. 👍
I went for the 2300kv, as with the two speed is gives you loads of punch and top end. If its a Fusion you're fitting, the slow speed is amazing whichever you go for. 👍
Hi nice video...quick question 🤔 what servo would you recommend to use with the Fusion pro 2300kv, there is just too many to choose from and I've been out the hobby since I built my original Clodbuster so been a long minute lol
Thanks very much. I haven't really played with many steering servo options yet. I use a Savox one in a couple of my rigs, otherwise most of mine are still on stock steering servos. 👍

Great video, I have just fitted one to my Vanquish Phoenix and can’t wait to go out and test it at the weekend.
Thanks very much 👍
I'm sure you'll love it. Having that amazing slow speed control and power on tap is a game changer imo. 👍
Awesome video and electronics !

The Toyota resists all terrain🙂💪💪💪
It's definitely much better with the new motor. 👍

@@DoURC fair, although i tried deans in my ftx rockatan, far too stiff for my liking, i'll check out xt60 tho
im mainly askin cus im tempted to push the limits of the tamiya rock socker (a lot better than people think)
Just bought a hi rock any mods you recommend
Yeah, check out episode 2 of my Whats on the Bench series, I talk about issues and upgrades on that video that should help. 👍
Does this rc have much as far as reduction gearing? The car I want to put this on has almost no reduction so I worry this motor will cog at slow speed

@@DoURC Do you mean the SE 1800kv? I couldn't find a lower pro kv
Hello. Which one do you think is suitable for the TRX-4 Land Rover Defender? 1200kv or 1800kv or 2300kv
I went for the 2300kv, as with the two speed is gives you loads of punch and top end. If its a Fusion you're fitting, the slow speed is amazing whichever you go for. 👍
@@DoURC thank you very much for your answer.
@@RC_TRX4 No problem 👍

Good evening my dear friend, could you tell me where to purchase these Hillux stickers that you use on your WPL C24? thanks
This is a tenth scale RGT/FTX 👍
Stickers you can get on Ebay or Aliexpress etc 👍
