  • You need to ensure that the coin founder has SKIN IN THE GAME, and one way to do this is by checking if they’re contributing Ethereum to the liquidity pool. Here’s a straightforward process to verify that the 100x vault coin you’re looking into has real money behind it.
    Understanding Liquidity Pools 🏊‍♂️💰
What I’ve noticed is that most liquidity pools start with the initial token. For instance, if I create a new token, let’s call it Token A for the sake of argument. Remember, when these tokens are created out of thin air, they essentially have no value. So, when money is added to a liquidity pool, it must be paired with something of ACTUAL VALUE, like Ethereum or USDC.
    Signs of Real Commitment ✅🚀
If the pool contains Ethereum or USDC in substantial amounts, then it indicates that someone with considerable funds wants to ensure that people will buy this coin, signifying they have SKIN IN THE GAME. Given that we’re in the WILD WILD WEST OF FINANCE, this is crucial because there are individuals out there who will try to take advantage of you.
    Protecting Your Investments 🛡️💡
If they’re directly financially tied to the project, the likelihood of them exploiting you decreases significantly. So, keep an eye on the transactions, and this could take you a long way.
