Yes , I’ve caught one of them before around the same size , they like to eat prawns and worms when they smaller and then once bigger eat mullet and so on, apparently good eating too once you catch the bigger ones

You do, but only certain banks, easier to get them if you have a boat to drive to thise banks that the guys on the side cant get to
