How to catch Spotted Grunter on Topwater Lures

The Diamonds and Blue Rays are in the estuary, the Bartail Flatheads are moving up on the banks with the tailing Grunter. Now all that has to happen is "Kobtober" and we hope for a great Kob fishing season
