My son's godmother is from Sri Lanka, She taught me how to cook. Im black American & never have to go through this. If want indian food. I go straight to her kitchen if i dont know how to make it. God bless her she 75yrs old. My son couldn't of have a better second set of parents 🙏🏾💯👍🏾❤️
This food is called: uppatham, a Central to South Indian dish typically made from Urad Dhal and/or Rice Batters that are slightly fermented and then cooked on a flat tawa. It’s not only India that has unsanitary conditions-USA, Canada and a ton of Western Countries; not to mention Africa will have you in the toilet or hospital just the same , if not worse!
When I was a kid we used to LOVE the next door neighbors cakes and pies, they were better than anything I’ve had since, but my Grandma would say we was nasty because the lady house was not clean 🤣😭 that lady made the best dessert tho
