It's a pretty decent pack for trail running. If you need to carry the extra water, food, and bear spray! Kind of a shame Salomon makes you pay for the water reservoir. I use a different brand and it fits fine. The pack requires some serious adjusting to get a snug fit, so that it's not bouncing around. I think they could have added compression straps.
