She did the impression on an episode of Late Night with Seth Meyers and it visually freaked him out it was so good. Glad to see it get used!

He didn't look like Adam but nailed the voice and Wiig impression was spot on!
James Austin Johnson did so look like Adam Driver. The voice might be off, but the look was there.
EDIT: Okay, Adam's face is more oval and he has bigger eyes and a longer nose (and his ears stick out more), but it's still better than Taran Killam's version.

Honestly thought it was the worst one. It’s not really a John Oliver impression. It’s just someone who watched Last Week Tonight thinks he always acts like coupled with a terrible attempt at his accent.

Of course it's an apt description of his voice. Driver hosted the show, like, four times and each time makes me wonder why he starred in "Girls" instead of be a cast member on SNL.

If Kenan doesn’t actually host a game show in his late 40s I’m going to be legitimately upset. I feel like he has the potential to be one of the most beloved game show hosts of all time, as long as he’s placed on the right show.

@@bonnieb9238 Kyle has had some great characters. The sketch "Story" from this past weekend (4/2/22) is an example of a well-thought-out Mooney character. The awful comic was a genius idea, I don't know why we don't see more of that. I think Kyle and Beck were so in each other's pockets that now that Beck has left SNL as a whole isn't sure what to do with him. Which is silly - let him be funny.
It sounded like Kenan was trying not to crack up at Melissa's Kristen Wiig impression. It is weird to realize that Kenan has been on the show since Tracey Morgan, Tina Fey and Jimmy Fallon were still on. At this point there needs to be a "Phantom of SNL" joke about Kenan staying around this long.
Darrell Hammond is the longest!
Tracy Morgan left the show after season 28 (he did cameo a few times in season 29, but he wasn't a cast member anymore). Kenan Thompson was hired on season 29 (and probably was hired because Tracy Morgan left. In fact, Morgan leaving and Dean Edwards quitting was what led SNL to hire Kenan Thompson and Finesse Mitchell [the latter of whom only lasted until season 31 and, no, isn't related to Kel Mitchell, who got passed up for SNL in favor of Kenan Thompson]).

The Rami and Pete switch was my favorite, though MHKelly wanted to play Pete. I think George T is probably upset about not going to space with Captain Kirk in real life. Jennifer Coolidge was spot on voice wise. M.V’s Kristen Wiig was out of the park.

Too often she either does an impression or plays the straight(wo)man. Rarely is she given the responsibility to play an original comic character, the kind of character SNL builds series around.

Often when there are so many imitations you would expect most people to be good and some to be amazing.... but in this sketch EVERYONE was simply EXCEPTIONAL!
Pete & Rami impersonating each other reminds me of when Justin Timberlake impersonated Jimmy Fallon right in front of him.

I'm glad Chris redd is starting to get more time playing characters that he gets to shine on. He got stuck on too many straight man characters but he really shines playing the weird characters.
Beg to differ…I wish he were funny. No matter who he plays he always seems like the same character. I’m no actor by any means but I’ve always felt like if they’re only gonna have two black actors they should at least have someone that can hang with Kenan.
Edit: Ego Nwodim can definitely hang with Kenan! She’s always on point! But I wouldn’t mind if Chris got replaced.

Pete Davison, Adam driver, and lil Wayne impersonations were crazy on point. They all were but Chris playing lil Wayne had me rolling omg 🤣💀
That impression of John Oliver was spot on. I was totally waiting on him to say "Sweden, a country you think about so little, you never realize that's not Sweden, this is Sweden."
This could have gone on for another 6 minutes…There wasn’t an off impression in the bunch and the writing was on point. Adding it to my favorite skits play,lust. 😌 Congratulations.

Chole Fineman playing Jennifer Coolidge was certainly the stand out impression,..SPOT ON!
Yes! I think I just figured out why Chloe’s impressions are the best: she starts with really compelling and quirky subjects, and just takes that weirdness to new levels of funny. The new guy James Austin Johnson is starting to tap into this with his Adam Driver. If you start with a subject that is not all that interesting and you just copy what they usually say really well, it’s just a feat that I can be impressed with; like ventriloquism. But not so funny.
Yeah I gotta say it, Rami did a fantastic job, but can we take a moment to appreciate the absolute talented ensemble he was surrounded by?
