STEPS
1. Select a suitable position for the desired cut then adjust the backstop to fit the bottle
2. Tighten up the backstop
3. Adjust the angle of the cutting head so that the blade is perpendicular to the bottle
4. Rotate the bottle with a medium pressure slowly make sure the cutting line is connected end to end
5. Place 2 suitable rubber rings on both side of the score line
6. Swap the position of cutting head and support wheel
7. Adjust the angle of the cutting head, make sure the blade is perpendicular to the bottle and can lift it up slightly
8. Rotate the bottle with a medium pressure slowly make sure the cutting line is connected end to end
9. Place 2 suitable rubber rings on both side of the score line
10. Adjust the position and angle of the cutting head
11. Rotate the bottle with a medium pressure slowly make sure the cutting line is connected end to end
12. Pour new boiling water between the rubber rings about 20 seconds rotating to completely heat the score line
13. Then switch to cold water (ice water)
14. Pouring it over the score line as you rotate the bottle for about 20 seconds
15. Repeat pouring hot and cold water until it is separated

@@tlacuache4448 I'm not sure but the cutter I scooted in I believe and I flipped the part that touches the back of the bottle around. Let me know if it's still not reaching
