Night Fishing for Bass with Active Target

Gerry Brousseau, my tournament partner, and I are night fishing a central Florida Bass lake near lake Placid. We are using Live Vision from Lowrance Electronics. This is a new side scanning sonar from Lowrance which is similar to the popular Pan optics from Garmin electronics. Gerry is spotting fish of to the side and I'm picking them off with my special Spinnerbait. This is new school with old school anglers.I can't wait to go again soon!

i still like the weightless texas or wacky rigged black 6 inch senkos. or dropshot some skinny black worms wacky rigged. dont even need the boat either. the banks can produce at night. idk how you could see anything on that screen. all i saw was the full screen moving. though it might look different on video then in person. nice fish though man. dont forget the small baits. for the bigs also. a lot of my bigger fish are on smaller bait.

I think green would be better, works great for hog hunting. My son made some submersible LED lights before he past due to a heart transplant. I miss that fishing bud of mine.

I don't use electronics at night I fish all shallow especially on a busy Lake the big ones come right up to the shallows the feet at night keep throwing up spinnerbait docks lay down beaches all shallow

You need some lights on the sides of your boat. And night time fishing line. Helps a lot when night fishing🐟🐟
