Roland going night fishing for first time after all these years of fishing, i've been thinking about it this year. Just worried about casting a baitcaster at night
i still like the weightless texas or wacky rigged black 6 inch senkos. or dropshot some skinny black worms wacky rigged. dont even need the boat either. the banks can produce at night. idk how you could see anything on that screen. all i saw was the full screen moving. though it might look different on video then in person. nice fish though man. dont forget the small baits. for the bigs also. a lot of my bigger fish are on smaller bait.
Hey Roland! Never been night fishing but do you think you could use those low light headlamps with that dull red light? Or are those fish just too smart?
I think green would be better, works great for hog hunting. My son made some submersible LED lights before he past due to a heart transplant. I miss that fishing bud of mine.
I don't use electronics at night I fish all shallow especially on a busy Lake the big ones come right up to the shallows the feet at night keep throwing up spinnerbait docks lay down beaches all shallow
Jitterbug right next to the pads or if there's a path going through them I go out at 10 at night and come back at 7 in the morning catch most of my big fish. That way

Use red lights, will not spook the fish
You need some lights on the sides of your boat. And night time fishing line. Helps a lot when night fishing🐟🐟
Did that when redfishing, the light on the side brought bate fish, we did great. BR549 Deer Park Texas.
