I'm really enjoying how ZUN has made a lot of the hell characters have kind of a laid-back, chill look, not at all what you'd have expected haha. Hope we see more of Hecatia soon along with these guys.

Am I the only one who think that the 'Welcome to Hell' text looks more like a handwritten autograph? Which make it looks like Hecatia signed the shirt for her lol. Also about her species, there is little to none info about this 'Tenkajin' youkai, some sources say it's a demonic badger, while other characters in game mock her as a chupacabra. For me though, until ZUN confirms more about her species, she looks like a type of Preta to me (buddhism hungry ghosts) although with some animal characteristic. The feed on blood, thin as heck(see one of her defeated sprite art), can produce fire, call the Blood Pool Hell as 'cozy home', these are what Preta would absolutely do.

Either way, the tenkajin has to be the most obscure Youkai ZUN has ever used for one of his games, as most are either based on famous youkai or are based on a Youkai that has enough info on them online to use as reference even if someone doesnt know what they are.
With an ability like manipulating blood and fire, I bet she’d be quite powerful while in the Old Hell of Blood Pools even without the orbs she spawns right on you.

What a magnificent theme full of creepy and emotional elements. Those fast piano notes starting at 1:32 makes it so much more traditional ZUN styled too.

I love her design and theme a lot, but she is by far and wide one of my least favorite to fight along with Yachie, Zanmu (final boss being crazy strong as always), and Reimu (who was always crazy strong in the VS type shmup games like this).
This theme reminds of Dragon-King-Slaying Princess. Both of them start with an intense vibe, and then they get "friendly"(?) I don't know. That's just my opinion.
For me, Chiyari is the Medicine Melancholy of PoDD. They have very annoying attacks that force the player to move around the field and their themes are creepy. Also, they rarely go outside of their home, sticking to their places.
I appreciate your effort to imitate ZUN's style, no matter how it sounds. But seriously, that track was nowhere near as good as this track or any of the new Touhou 19 tracks. The melody in that track sounds so out of place and random, it sounds like a drunkard banged his head on the keyboard to make the track. I like all of ZUN's tracks and if that "leaked track" was real, it would be the first ever "ZUN track" I dislike (thankfully it's not real)
