I tried this recipe too and I agree it is too sticky. I had to put an additional of 1 1/2 cups of flour while kneading it so it is more workable. But overall, the breads turned out well. Thanks for the recipe. I am a homebaker and only learn baking from content creators like you. Keep it up!

@@aqueenchi117 Oh I managed to to get my dough right by adding the extra cup of flour like you did. But I didn’t use warm water so my dough didn’t raise much. So my buns felt more like scones
Me too I do a lot of my home baking now cuz I'm stuck at home no more Wheels I do not use the oven I use the air fryer only thank you can't wait to try it looking to try for making bread as well
Absolutely PERFECT video. The right length. Excellent filming/perspective. The right amount of instruction. And one heck of an outcome. The ONLY thing I do differently is add salt and sweetened condensed milk. I'm waiting on my dough to rise at this very moment! I have a pack of bratwurst I cannot wait to open and grill - with some saurkraut and jalapenos to top it off!
I tried this recipe and it was too wet to knead, I had to add a bit of flour, but the buns came out nice. I also had to reduce the baking time to 15 min as they were a bit burnt at the bottom. Overall good recipe, I will definitely be trying this again. Thank you for the recipe.

Not bad, but with quirky measurements. I used active dry yeast and proofed until frothy. One hour for the 1st proof is not long enough. Mine took 1 1/2 hours and the second took 40 minutes not 20. I've never heard of: 1 piece egg, bake at 356 degrees fahrenheit, or bake 15 - 25 minutes. A 10 minute spread for baking breads is unheard of. I went 18 minutes at 356 degrees fahrenheit, The came out perfect. Internal temp was 205.

Did you weigh the ingredients in grams? You don't know whether he or she is using American or rest of the world measurements as they differ whereas Grams will always be the same. The dough will always start out sticky but should become less sticky as you knead it.

i have the worst dough in the world here in Belize and mine didnt come out sticky? I added only a pinch of flour more to it.
Bruh my dough is waaaaay to sticky I just gave up on kneading and let it raise. Apparently the bread will crumble a lot. Let’s see how it turns out

The temp can go all the way to 475f for 12min if u like the artisan bread. I prefer 420f for 12 to 14min.
