Natasha I just have to say a year an a half ago I weighted 302 lbs from depression then was pregnant with twins so the hormone drop from that put me to close to 320, this last year watching your videos I have gotten back into body building. Your personality is simply amazing and you are most definitely an inspiration, aside from pushing myself working out on my own your videos are always in the back ground, it took a few months of watching you before I finally got off my ass and put in the work, I am down to 160 not quite where I want to be have alot more toning up to do but I'm the happiest I have been in my whole life, between fighting addiction and depression I have been on a journey I'm in love with now that I believe had alot to do with how comforting watching your videos makes me feel. You Are most definitely my spirit animal and while you prob won't see this with how busy life can get I want to thank you for being awesome you are simply amazing and Im rooting for you and where ever your journey takes you ❤️❤️💕

The overhead strict press is one of my favourite lifts. There's nothing like that feeling of pressing that barbell over your head. Your form on the strict press was impeccable, even going for that 8th rep, I thought your form didn't break down that much. That is the way to train, push each set to the limit, and obviously looking at your physique, it is working! 💪
Dude you seem to be a very fun and peaceful person, it is very relaxing for me to see your videos without any kind of pretentious attitude that usually fitness female influencers have. Please make tutorials :)
It is absolutely amazing and beautiful how the human body responds when stimulated and fed appropriately. Your body is your best friend; it will do amazing things to protect you ... help it to help you!
Great shoulder workout! I like to do pullups in between shoulder presses to help open up the shoulders joints and keep them flexible. Mine get super tight to the point of impingement. Simple hanging can help too. Glad to see it's warming up there in Canada. Looking forward to the next video. Peace. 😊
I had lost my ability to extend my arms fully over my head. Hanging from a bar for a couple minutes at a time each day, solved that problem in about two weeks.
I love to see that you improvise your workouts to some degree. I do the same thing after years of trying to make myself follow plans and hating it. I still have some structure, but I let myself have more wiggle room and do what sounds nice now.

Due to my age no shoulder workout for me, just flat bench press and chest work, secondary muscle group which get worked hard. The amount of times I see older bodybuilders complain about worn shoulder joints !! There do get hammered !!

Hi @natasha, 1. how did you build the repo/knowledge on "what workouts strengthen which muscles of body"? terminologies like traps, etc. so new to me. 2. how do you know if you are doing an exercise right or wrong, I don't want to grow muscle anywhere outside my interest 3. how to you keep your back/spine straight and not overloaded with weights which can sometimes get distributed(mass) to your spine 4.how do you you keep your joints healthy ? seems every workout involves joints 5. have you explored HIIT, if so have you found out any unexpected improvements in physiological performance? -apologies if the questions sound stupid, but the answers would be of great interest to me/others to get started. Thanks!
