  • Banchory is an Aberdeenshire Town, roughly 18 miles from Aberdeen. The A93 is the main access to the Town, this journey will cover the A93, other main roads and some residential streets.
    Banchory has a population of 7,440, based on the most recent Aberdeenshire Council figures, this makes it the 8th most populated place in Aberdeenshire.
    Most of the new build properties are on the West of the Town, also within Elrick. It has increased by roughly 2,000 in the last 18 years.
    Banchory is the gateway to Royal Deeside, its either the first or the last od the Royal Deeside Towns, depending on what direction you are travelling.

    Another zombie town with the exact car and street theatre as other places. 'Where is everyone' - indeed

      Video was taken when people were at work or school with some I’m sure watching Lorraine. It’s also freezing, which I’m sure keeps people inside.
