Debounce time is the delay I which a mouse will not register any extra clicks. A higher debounce time means that the mouse will ignore faster double clicks. This is only an issue with mechanical mice due to the natural vibration of the metal sensor.

Try lifting the button, check if there's no Dust or anything blocking it on the way up, also it might be sticky in area where it actually has to press, just lift the button up and clean it inside, it might help.
