@@TruckerRealDeal I also subscribed. Liked your whole intro and the way you did the walk around on the Freightliner. Real Deal keeping it real. Freightliner classic is the truck I'd like to have but couldn't find one within my price range. My pops worked at the Freightliner tmp/pmp in Portland Oregon for 20+ year so owning a truck he possibly made the fuel tanks for or pressed out the hood for would be cool. A lot of the names for the Freightliners have West Coast lineage like the Cascadia,Columbia, and Coronado. Freightliner should've continued the big dual air breathers on the Coronado like the classics have. New KW and Petes still rocking em and Freightliner chose to axe em and put some cheesy non functional plastic vents on the side of the hood. Don't get me wrong Coronado is still a sharp looking truck but would look much better with the big huffers. Take care man. Look forward to more content in the future.

Super happy that I found your channel Dawgs! I'm looking to make the jump to O/O in a few months and I'm wanting a Classic. I found a very similar one like yours a few weeks ago. But for 30k though. So now I dunno if u just got lucky or if the 07 im looking at is just way over priced.
Luck is a small part of it, I literally stayed glued and married to Facebook marketplace, craigslist for 2 straight weeks. I personally feel that my truck was worth 16-20k, I just got it on the lower end of the spectrum. I’m going to give you my opinion you can take it for what it’s worth I’m not a know it all nor do I know everything but in my humble opinion for 30k for that 07 it better be coming with paperwork showing an inframe or overhaul or installation of a factory remanufactured engine. Secondly I feel for that kind of money there should tons of records that should show the truck was meticulously maintained! Lastly for that kind of money In my opinion, I’m going to be expecting a decent frame as well. I feel that once you start reaching 30k and up with an old school truck it better be well maintained with major components replaced or rebuilt with proof from REPUTABLE shops and better be clean all the way around!!!You get what you pay for in a sense but don’t overpay for some bs either..get more than one opinion from reputable shops on a truck before pulling the trigger on one!!!!
@@TruckerRealDeal your take on the matter is gonna help me out alot when shopping the Classics man I appreciate it. I ain't tryna get got out here lol.

Right on man! Thanks for watching and commenting!
She is ready to go!
Indeed, and making me some money. Thanks for watching and commenting!!!!
Nice truck brotha, I’m looking at a 95, has a 60 series, 10 speed, and he wants $15k for it, I’m really considering it, I have heard nothing but good reviews from classic owners and good reviews on the Detroit 60 series
Thank you...I hope you were able to get that truck, sounds like a great deal and an awesome combination.
That Joint Clean as Fck bruh, great buy.
Thanks my dude, and thanks for commenting!
Great vid bro!!! I just subbed because I love trucks and I want to be a truck driver to see how I like it. Unfortunately I’m still too young to get my cdl
Thanks for the sub man, don’t worry your time will come, I started watching and dreaming of trucking before I could get my CDL as well! Enjoy being young, while you can, and when you do get your license, start young and save your money, you’ll be happy you did. Stay safe out there soon to be driver!
Nice truck for that price I would buy one of those even though I am retired
Congratulations and real Nice
Thank you and thanks for commenting!
Great find man just subscribed
Thanks bud and thanks for the sub, it’s greatly appreciated.
New sub here! That's a good looking truck with loads of potential bro.
Thanks man, and thanks for taking the time out to comment and subscribe
Just subscribe keep them coming..
Looking for one myself exactly the same. Love the way they look. Glad to see a brotha hustling the right way.. May GOD keep you busy.. GOD Bless!!💪🏾💪🏾
Thanks watching and subscribing, they’re out there, keep checking marketplace, craigslist, and join some of the Freightliner FLD and Classic groups on Facebook! I appreciate your comment, that’s part of the reason I do this as well as give information and mentor locally, too many of us can’t see another way or believe that we can’t reach what we have been conditioned to believe is unattainable. I want other brotha’s and young cats to look at me and say if he can do it, then so can I, because I was once that guy that didn’t believe that I could do it. God bless you as well as all your current and future endeavors!
@@TruckerRealDeal much respect and i definitely will check those places too. Been on truck paper daily and some of the fld classics, man they want some money. Just something i can build with my son. Nothing fancy, but i love the way they look. Everyone has a KW, or PB. Wanna be different and but have it look good. Same to you and once you get her right, she will last. No emissions crap to worry about, straight motor...
Got to love the classic xl
My name is Trucker Real Deal and i APPROVE this message 👍
Way to go driver! DD 60 series bout best way to get to yer goals! Looks like Silver Spring Md area. Go get that freight! and cash in!!!! Greetings from Northern California
I agree, thanks for taking the time to comment, i appreciate it, and I’m in OHIO...stay safe out there driver!!!
@@TruckerRealDeal Congrats and KEEP IT SIMPLE AND HONEST and you'll win I'm certain. Reliability is name of the game! You have a new follower here!
@@Jdigger4130 thanks for subscribing.....keeping it simple and honest is what I live by, those are some true words right there, all the way down to the reliability!!! 💯
@@TruckerRealDeal My good friend is an owner operator here in N Cal and in three years he's gone from "work truck" to a custom W9 Thats everything he's dreamed of except emissions and does very well financially. I am a carpenter but LOVE TRUCKS and once body gives out best believe I will be trucking! IT WILL BE A DETROIT!!!! $$$$ maker not bottomless pit
That’s awesome and hope you get to be a trucker one day!!!! All things are possible, if there’s will then there’s a way. I second the motion on the Detroit 👍🏾
Kindest regards from Sunshine Coast,B.C. Canada
Thank you for stopping by, stay safe out there sir
Still got the truck brother? Thanks for the video! Subbed 😎
Indeed, she’s still running strong, but I’ve parked her and have been driving my newest classic. Thanks for the sub, stay safe out there.
Congratulations on the purchase the hole I'm the roof was for a rv roof top air conditioner
This is definitely a comment I was looking forward to, thanks for the clarification! Were those known to be practical and perform well? Or is a traditional APU a better idea?
@@TruckerRealDeal so they are pretty good if you look up RUclipsr super trucker dan he's a flatbed guy but he covers the apu generator am roof top ac units pretty well. I honestly myself carry a generator a space heater an a portable ac unit. Works great.
@@608trucker4 ok thanks for the ideas, and that Information, I’m going to go check him out and compare those options to your idea and pick one...I must say though I like the generator idea with the space heater or portable ac unit
@@TruckerRealDeal, look at the reviews on APUs, especially thermo king tri Pac units... terrible. I spent $9300 on mine, it's broken all the time, fault codes, failure to operate as intended, drains batteries, it's just a pile of shit and many reviews agree. I should have bought a small generator, AC and wabasto
@Theroadhammer379 thanks for the information, this is the helpful insight I love to receive!!!! I believe I’ve made my decision, thanks!!!!
16k 🤯 Man, I wish I could find one! It’s like a needle in a haystack
The way the economy is headed, I’m sure you’ll find one soon.
Air ride front...nice..
Thanks, definitely takes some getting use to but I love it
Nice looking truck!!
Thank you and thanks for commenting!
Hey thanks for the video! But if you don’t mind.... where did you find your truck?
Facebook Marketplace!!!
Congrats sir!!
Thank you
Where did you find this great deal for a beautiful truck?! Congrats man. Just subscribed!!
Thanks for commenting and the sub, I got the truck off of Facebook marketplace in my local Central Ohio community.
You got bless with a beauty rig and the best part was cheap got her for a cheap price cheaper than having a woman 😂😂 be safe keep her with a metallic blue color again be safe God Bless you and your family 💯♥️✌️🙏🥂🤟
Congratulations on your truck. New subscriber💯 I came up on a 96 FLD for 5 grand 👍🏽
Thanks for watching, commenting and subscribing! That’s a great buy at a great price, I tell people all the time to keep looking and you’ll find a great deal! Hold on to your FLD, they don’t make them like they used too 👍🏾
I’ll be looking forward to seeing a video of it!!!!!
Good looking sounding truck.
Thanks 🙏🏾
@@TruckerRealDeal great advice bro, and I'm following in my future purchase. Thanks!
Nice truck and engine s60 Detroit nice
Thanks and thanks for commenting 🙏🏾
should get have my CDL in the next few weeks and this is what I wanna buy one day
The market is slowly but surely declining, so you chances of getting what you want at the price you want are greatly increasing. Good luck with everything.
@@TruckerRealDeal I forgot about this comment. I was on a long waiting list. Just got my CDL last week
Clean Truck!!!
Thank you!!!
Damn!!! You got lucky AF! I’m on the market for a truck and I’d like a truck like yours but everything that’s on the market is crap right now. Best of luck to you on your endeavors.
Thanks 🙏🏾, it was a combination of luck and staying on the classifieds like crazy, I found this one on Facebook marketplace within the first hour it was listed, I was ready to give up, but thankfully I didn’t!!!! Market is terrible right now but don’t give up...Thank you for your kind words and best of luck to you on your search for your truck and this journey we call life!
There's a lot of nice trucks on truck paper, but the prices are astronomical. I have 3 coronado gliders and I am shopping for a pre 2000 classic. It is difficult finding one right now.
I like it for 16000 can’t go wrong Detroit sounds strong 💪 I
I agree, thanks for watching and commenting, it is appreciated!
CONGRATULATIONS, ENJOY IT
Thanks 🙏🏾
You go to grab your what & do what to a what? Stay chill & continue going up

Outstanding truck!
What is its MPG brother?
Thank you Mr.John! So far I’ve calculated 5-5.5 running on this winter blend diesel.
Alright brother how are you doing. I’m the same as you. On the same timeline. It’s been rough for me but survived
Great Truck
Thank you 🙏🏾

Thanks man I appreciate it!
Real deal for real I like the truck man good job how's it been running did you ever have any issues with it? I'm looking at putting a 14L in my t660
Hey McQueen thanks…It’s been running good, I have no complaints. Basic maintenance has been needed, but nothing abnormal.
She's a beauty!!!
Thank you sir, I appreciate it!
