  • THE PERFECT GARLIC BUTTER PORTERHOUSE STEAK
🌟This recipe is for one steak double it you have more than one
    INGREDIENTS
    1 porterhouse steak
    1/2 of one lemon (optional)
    1 tablespoon of minced parsley
    2 minced garlic cloves
    2 whole garlic cloves
    1 stem of rosemary
1 and 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoons of Grill Mates Montreal steak seasoning
    1/4 teaspoons of kosher salt
    1/4 teaspoons of black pepper
2 tablespoons of Italian Rose garlic spread
    STEP ONE
Clean shrimp with lemon and water as seen in the video. Then pat the steak dry with a paper towel.
    STEP TWO
Rub 1 tablespoons of olive oil all over the steak as seen on the video next season the first side of the steak
1/2 teaspoons of Grill Mates Montreal steak seasoning
    1/4 teaspoons of black pepper
    A dash of kosher salt
Flip steak over and season the other side with
1/2 teaspoons of Grill Mates Montreal steak seasoning
    1/4 teaspoons of black pepper
    A dash of kosher salt
🌟After seasoning the steak let it sit for 30 minutes
Letting the steak come up to room temperature helps it cook more evenly.
    STEP THREE
Heat a cast-iron or stainless-steel skillet large enough to hold the steak on the stove over medium-high heat 6/7 until very hot and it just barely starts to smoke, about 3 minutes. Add 1/2 teaspoons of olive oil Than add the steak to the pan add 2 whole garlic cloves and 1 stem of rosemary
🌟Cooking times depending on how you like your steak :
Rare to Medium-Rare Steak: two to three
minutes per side over medium-high heat
Medium-Rare to Medium Steak: three to four minutes per side
Medium to Well-Done: four to five minutes per side
    STEP FOUR
Add the 2 tablespoons of Italian Rose garlic spread and parsley to the pan during the last couple minutes of cooking and rub it all over the steak as seen on the video.
    STEP FIVE
Remove the steak from the pan and let rest for a couple of minutes before slicing.
    Enjoy 😊

Looks soooo good. How come you didn't use vinegar and boil water to clean the steak like you clean the chicken?

It will dry out the blood which is what gives steak flavor

Steak is different from chicken. It’s the same way you can get Salmonella poisoning from chicken but not steak. Chicken has like this raw smell it smell like outside steak doesn’t have that smell so you don’t have to do all that. Plus that will mess the steak up.
