Nice place! The rooms are a little small for my taste. I bought my house in Frisco about 5 years ago. It's about the same size, but my lot is smaller. I literally paid less than half the price for this one. It's now worth about the same as this house. Wow! Housing is getting really expensive in DFW.

Stopped the video half way in. Whoever does the filming try keeping the video upwards using a much smoother glide view. When you get to each room focus slowly on some of the main details.
