For those of you who gave this the thumbs down must not be country music fans. A crying shame. Country music is the most understood music in our country that has true meaning from true stories most of the time.
There's no thumbs down, It's always thumbs up for Conway and Loretti bby😉
Time to get a new and improved pair of glasses Sheila?
@@skeggiskjeldarson6639 My glasses are just fine. Have a country kinda day.
Now they're singing together again, being backed by a choir of angels. May they both rest in peace.
I sure miss them! Totally the best ever!
My heart is so broken at Loretta's passing, but I know heaven welcomed her with open arms! Rest with the angels, sweet sister!

I think Loretta and Conway are two of the best country music performers in the world
😅
Listened to this music growing up. My Dad played it every day. Loretta, Dolly, Tammy, Conway, George Jones, etc. These songs never grow old. Have so much meaning. Even here in the UK. RiP to all those who we have lost over the years. Thanks for the memories. With a tear in my eyes. ❤
This is what u call country music....nothing else in this world can top this!!!!!!

Best country duo of all time, and I got the privilege to live during their time. Great singers and beautiful people ❤
What the hell happened to the real country music world. There was a murder on country music row. Atleast we still have the memories, God Bless old country and its performers. I sure miss the real ones.
So do beautiful these two can sing & it is so beautiful this song brings tears to my eyes & touches my heart.God bless them both
The 1st lady of country music and one of the best male country voices together is just heaven. RIP to you both.
The song "Coal Miners Daughter" really brings tears and touches the soul, the story of growing up poor but still having fun in the hollers of Johnson County, Kentucky..
She has always been my special singer!
She had the most beautiful gowns. She will always be the QUEEN. Wish I could hear her sing convert one more time. Strokes and falls have pretty much ended her touring. But ya never know... she's a tough cookie. maybe we'll see her on an award show. We can wish can't we. :-)
We can pray for her always , everythings in Gods Mighty Hanďs
Absolutely beautiful.!!!
When she sings coal miners daughter she sings the truthfulness of how not only poor and full of love her family was and how she was raised by me and my family as well as thousands of other families. People now wouldn't survive a week living like we did back then. I spent many of nights doing my education studies by a coal oil lamp and had to sit outside do it if there was enough light left which by the time we could go to the house out of the field or garden it was getting dark.I can't remember how many times I had too wear worn out shoes and our clothes were hand me downs or mama and granny would make us clothes in the sewing room. No TV but had a radio we listen to if we were lucky to get a signal. I remember we all sit around that radio listening to the grand ole opry. Poor as hell but have never been that happy sense then.
They are my favorite artists, love them both and always will 💙❤️
Never get tired of listening to her one of a kind .
I love this !! I got to see Loretta Lynn in concert when I was about 15 years old. Then I got to see Conway in concert when I was about 17 years old. Never got to see them sing together though. I went Loretta Lynn's Ranch about 4 years ago. I love both of them. Thanks for sharing !! ❤

Love them. Country music is the best.
Loretta Lynn,NEVER FORGOT WHERE SHE CAME FROM,THAT MAKES HER,VERY UNIQUE!!!LOV THIS WOMAN!!!
Knowing Conway has been gone so long now, it’s a wonderful gift to be able to sing and bring joy to so many, but it’s a hard life. Those that kept themselves healthy had a hard time doing it. So much pressure to make dates to different cities and venues. I’m glad that Loretta is still with us, just sad to think of all the ones we’ve lost. Thankfully, their music lives on!
Sure miss our country singers so much Kitty Wells and Loretta were my first time I ever heard music I was 12 years old. Ernest. Tub live near us in Tennessee.i can't get good country music I hade a little bisness near Sun Set Park in West Grove Pa 19390
I grew up on Loretta and Conway most beautiful duets country ledgens
Loretta actually performed that night with a bad migraine headache. If you watch her left eye and how she gestures especially the last few songs, ya know. I too have 3 kinds so I picked up on it earlier. I’ve heard her & Conway talk about it. He says that she’s not going to give in to them headaches. If she was, it’d been years ago when she first started out.
I miss these two GREATEST PERFORMERS OF ALL TIME!
He went on ahead to Heaven. Not long after, Doo went (as she told him, step around the corner & I’ll come soon). My goodness.
She’s been through hell on earth! Too much loss. Kids, husband, friends and family. Too much pain I think is what caused that stroke.
GOD BLESS YOU LORETTA AND I SURE LOVE AND MISS YOU DARLIN 🦋👵🏻🦋❤️😘👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Still listening and watching the video love it so much love Loretta and Conway my dad was a coal miner
So much love between them, made them a great duo.
I LOVE YOU LORETTA LYNN.
I never get tired of listening to these two! They are the greatest. STILL
The two best duos in country music are Loretta and Conway, and Dolly and Kenny! It’s so sad that Dolly is the only one alive today and the other three have passed on. I love watching their videos! Country music has lost such great legends and have left a whole in the industry.
I love singing to her music when driving and cleaning,,Even If I can't sing, she just energizes me
Oh my gosh... yes ❤
That's true country, the words make sense you actually hear what they say don't even over sing. their music.just my opinion.
Wow Love it !!! Oh my goodness what a great pair, with so much talent
I love all the Artist on her. Love Loretta and Conway❤️❤️. Love my Country!!
Loretta and her voice make the dress look beautiful, anyone can wear glitter, it is the person who makes it special.
Best singer, she put her heart and soul in her music. My dad's favorite, her songs were so true and told a real story.
Conway was the man he would sing and people felt everything he was singing in his songs. Love ya Conway.
They were wonderful singers for sure.....but I think each of us have our own Best singers ever..... I loved George Jones & Tammy Wynette, Lorrie Morgan & Keith Whitley were great also...just to name a few....some I've forgotten I'm sure....I did like Johnny Cash too....I never was into Hank Williams or even his Son....just not my type ...to each his own I guess :)

I loved the song Loretta does, "You ain't woman enough to take my man" LOL and I guess no one did, she had him all his life as far as I know, no woman could come between her & Dolittle.....too bad Loretta's kids didn't carry on with her music, maybe they did, I'm just not aware of it.....someone let me know if they do...

I had the priviledge of meeting Loretta Lynn three times in my 83 years of my life when I meet her the second time about four years
Later I was very supprised when she called me by name and ask me where I had been for the last four years? I told her I was still living in Greensboro, N C.
Beautiful Loretta at the top of her game; RIP..
If you don't like her music you ain't country she is amazing

A lot of great Song's in this Video big time ,A Queen and King of Country Music in this Video too.Two Great Singer's Big Time no matter when you listen to this Thanks Loretta Lynn and Conway Twitty , Bless you'es Both.
My favorite female singer forever and
always will be.
Back when country music had melodies, stories, actual good straight ahead singing, heart and soul. It’s gone to hell now. I’m 45 years old and sick of this dancing around on stage with smoke and lights and overly produced. But the younger generation doesn’t know any better I guess.
I agree with you!!
I'm a lot older than you, and that was my kind of music too....can't stand the younger generation....maybe a few...like Alan Jackson, I do love this guy....Toby Keith is great too, never see or hear about Toby.... I see or hear about Alan Jackson a lot....
I agree with you and in all reality country music has disappeared in to the golden pheasant years. At least they still have the artists that are capable do concerts.
Gladys Bullock m
Oldies but goodies!!!
Beautiful song....!!!!!!!....🌹🙏
What a classy act, no ripped jeans and shirts, no smoke and fire displays on stage! Music you can hear the words to, and classic songs we all know, a concert you can actually sit and enjoy! It's too bad Conway passed, and Loretta's health is declining, they were the best of the best back then, and the 5 years they won Duo Of The Year award proved it. I know we all have our favorites, but these 2 had millions of fans, and the same in their private careers. What they play on the radio today is not Country Music, it's just Pop Music with a new title. I have many favorites, but Conway and Loretta are number one to me. I like Roy Orbison, Merle Haggard, George Jones, and Tammy Wynette, The Everly Brothers, Ricky Nelson, and even Elvis, these people preformed back when life was so much simpler, and you can hear it in the great songs they wrote and sang. I know more about Conway's life than I do Loretta, but that's only because I have read his books. Conway would be 89 on Sept.1st, 2022, and I bet if he was still alive and able he would still be writing and singing, and maybe even with Loretta! Conway held the Number 1 spot for more Number 1 hits than any performer alive in any field of music right up until his death on June 5th 1993, and it took 13 years after his death to beat that record, which George Straight now holds. Conway had 55 Number 1 hits, and George Straight beat that record in 2006 when he came out with his 56th Number 1. We will never see performers like this again,, and that's a sad part of life, as we progress into the 21 Century, but for all of us who lived through from the 1940s and up got to listen to the best of the best, all those great stars who graced the stage of the Grand Ol' Opery! I truly miss them all!
This lady always amazed me because she's the only woman I know that got prettier as she got older. Mooney knew what a talent she was when she sang her first song. I Love this lady and she"'ll always be my favorite.
She is a model to women. A good and beautiful woman .They don't make them like that anymore just look at our country and leaders these days. God bless Loretta.
Conway and Loretta were awesome together! Sad when we lost Connway!
Love her and her music
They are fantastic together, saw her in a interview awhile back and she's still beautiful and still sings like an angel.
My All time favorite, have both autographs and pictures...Have seen Conway 7 times,,,,,Still my favorite !!!!
There. Will. Never. Be. Another. Loretta.
Loretta hadn’t become one of the greatest she was the greatest. RIP beautiful lady. And somehow she was a wonderful example of calm and never let fame go to her head. Always modest and stunning. Yet, since her songs where most often about her life you know when needed she was tough as grit and meant every word to women that thought they could take her husband. As someone said recently, anyone that can smile while singing songs like Fist City or You ain’t Woman Enough to Take My Man… is a lady that is best not crossed and more than a little serious about what she says! Lol 😢er, still a soft spoken woman! Gonna miss this tough, talented, beautiful woman!
Someone also recently said she came from hard working blue collar! Hard working yes, but coal mining is not blue collar it makes blue collar look easy! This lady came from dirt poor… something most people will never see. I was raised by a country mom but in the “big” city between Dallas and Ft Worth Texas. And she knew dirt poor in her life. She often worked as many as 3 jobs at a time to support my brother and I. My daddy was a good daddy. But not a good husband. Not abusive, he’s a good man now 86 years old. But he had issues with chasing skirts. His loss and he knows it. Dad too knew dirt poor both raised in Oklahoma during very difficult times. They made sure I never knew dirt poor but we where never rich either. Still mom made sure we had everything we needed and extra. We always knew both our parents loved us. Even after they divorced. They stayed friends for my brother and I!
Such an iconic duo
They sure were! Hard to top those two together.
Love it
Loretta and Conway was the best ever duo. I loved and still do Conway tweety
