- Exclusive tour with the site owners Kristopher & Milly Ball, as they splash out over £1.1million; turning the empty and derelict old Toys ‘R’ Us store into a new state of the art Padel Centre.
(warning: this is currently a building site & it gets quite‘noisy’).
The site should be open in October this year (2024) and create 10-15 jobs.

Unfortunately the retail park is unusable because the private car park attendants hide in the bushes and wait to ticket you if you walk outside the par park boundary. Never come across that before, like a bunch of vultures.
I always wanted to look around the vacant toys r us in Oxford never got the chance. Miss those old toys r us

How much are they charging their customers, how's it going to be financially viable?
