Seriously, the reason that happens is because most of your audience is probably brand new viewers, that's a GOOD THING. If 100% were subscribed, that means you're not reaching anybody new and are very likely to become irrelevant.

Another reason why someone would leave a server is if the community and/or the staff team are toxic. for some reason it is hard to manage a toxic server. I don't know the numbers when knowing how many servers are toxic or not. If this is the case when it comes to your server. figure out a way to filter out the toxic activity, don't give moderation/Administrator positions to people that you are unsure of and you don't know if you could trust them with those responsibilities. Having only one person filling the position out could be tricky and could make decisions in situations harder. another problem (I) have found in the servers that are toxic is that I have found that Having a Higher position that was involved in the drama and them moving and changing things around was not helpful to those situations that needed Moderation. that is all I could think of when I have experienced toxic servers. I have only experienced the small ones, I have never been in a bigger toxic server. if anyone would be willing to share their Toxic server experience to maybe benefit anyone who needs to hear more about this type of problem. Cause I see that one of the common reasons why I leave a server is because of the toxicity that should be taken care of. I don't know how much that is true for other people. What do you think? ping reaction roles is a role that if you have it you will get pinged on the server that has the reaction roles and if you dont have it you wont get pinged

In some of my known server , there are memes channel , which are tagged as NSFW channel even though there is nothing like that , but I accidentally entered the wrong age and now diss-cord says "You are not old enough to enter the channel" , and it's frustrating to verify myself. Anyway to bypass the NSFW Channel? (Not asking for wrong uses)
Another tip to not make ppl leave your server... do NOT get mixed up with controversies or have allegations about you make it to your community but best to not do anything controversial in the first place.

Trying to grow a roleplay server and theres litereally only 3 active members, including me, i only get like one or two new members a day and everyone else leaves before i can even greet them or if im gone for not even 10-15 minutes

All of his "not found yet" stuff on discord ain't true because they either are claimed within 3 days or they stop working after then. Correct me if I'm wrong tho as I don't have personal experiences with the length of a nitro code
I have an art server i just started I only have 6 members. I put it on disboard and eventually some people pop in, be given the member role maybe even get reaction roles but then immediately leave.. It's frustrating because I try to get A conversation going and try to be active but they leave anyway.. What else can I do?
