Tennessee Code Title 39. Criminal Offenses § 39-11-117

Do the different sides of the Tumblr have different grit on them? I would think one side would be a courser grit to get the edge started and then the other side would have a fine grit to hone the stone. You didn’t mention that in the review, so I’m assuming both sides have the same grit. Let us know.

It’s obviously a review and test, perhaps if you do intend on sharpening also possibly clean the board or surface your using or replace or use a surface only intended for cooking and or sharpening
The angles needed for knives are determined by the thickness of their edge.

You should've also sharpened the other side of the knife, but I'm impressed how much sharper it was only from sharpening one side! To be fair, they should explain those things better in the manual, which clearly could be improved.

@@cookingwithjackshow ah, as nothing was mentioned and doing the other side was cut (no pun intended 😁) I thought you only did one side. Good to know, thanks for the clarification! I heard those sharpeners don't last very well in the long term (tending to not sharpen as well with time), would be curious to hear how much you like it after continuous use in a year or two.
