Thank you sir! Your video gave me the motivation to fix my copy. I had really bad balsam separation within front element. Took it apart and reglued the pieces with UV epoxy. It takes amazing shots now!
@@Bonjour-World boiled it in water for a few minutes, which was enough to break down the glue. Then I let them bathe in acetone for a few minutes to remove all debris.

Is that the hazy white stuff you see when looking though the lens element? Does it look smudged, like it isn't cleaned properly?
@@JeroenVeldhuis Most likely is. Sometimes it won't affect the image if you're using a lens hood. Check pictures on google image.
May I know which solutions to use any kind of lens glass? And also to clear the outer surface of the lens?
