this is because ultimate has this thing where random isn't really random. It randomizes through your least played characters. occasionally you will get someone you play though

@@hamburgerd5149 That's what I was thinking! There can't be any such thing as just getting all your bad characters multiple times, there has to be some kind of template for why you keep getting these characters, like the fact they are your least played :P
