what exactly this command does or help as a erpnext user

Copy paste not working in Ubuntu server in virtual box. How to copy paste? I tried Ctrl+shift+V and Shift+Insert. Past from clipboard and drag and drop enabled in virtual box settings.

You might need to install the guest additions in VirtualBox.
