Black Tusk network name is only Diamond, Descent comms have only revealed 3 AI network names: ISAC, ANNA & DIAMOND. Kelso is very loyal to Division and division mission, she dont turn Rogue she have always want to hunt them down. Black Tusk dont have eyes every where if we dont count Drones those Stalkers are Cals Hunters. Have you already forget that Cal have hunters also INSIDE BT ranks?
And speaking of ANNA, she IS still inside of ISAC code &Mobile Server Code. (this we heard from descent comms) There Parnell found ANNA and created the Rogue Network to them. Thats why Natalie wanted to get Mobile SHD server to her hand. I think ANNA is the most important AI here what we really mostly need to focus.
