I was just doing a reminiscing blog post when I thought of Kenny Kamrin. 4.0 GPA, parties every weekend, girls, student government, research, men's octet. I don't think I ever saw him study in his LIFE, yet he was able to grasp the absolute toughest major at Cal with highest honors. Probably the most brilliant person I've ever had the pleasure of meeting in my Berkeley tenure. (And now a professor at MIT, goes by the name "Ken" since it's more professional, but still.... amazing.)
Okay... The singer (Kenny I guess) is epic win. And this song is an epic win. And this group is an epic win. Seriously...all these videos are really awesome to listen to, and usually really funny to watch. A great blend of talent and humor - well done. :-)
i literally live CONTINENTS away from you guys but i happened to chance on your vids and now i'm hooked! i don't think there are any uc octet vids on youtube that i haven't watched yet in the past 2 days. i have to say.. the 03' batch is the tits! seriously! you guys are incredible!

@wendel88 if you do a search on RUclips for UC Men's Octet's most recent videos, you can find a reunion show they did recently. Look for 7 handsome guys in Hawaiian shirts.
Truth be told, it was actually Parker who wrote the lyrics to almost all the "funny lyric songs" that year. He deserves the props.

Kenny is even more impressive when you consider he earned his degree in Engineering Physics with a 4.0 cumulative GPA. YIKES!!!
