- Hi guys got a video here today on the AGT Vulcan 3 and in this one we take a look at the rifle after 3 months of use.

I've had my Impact MK2 V2 over 4yrs & it's been 100%, deadly accurate, never leaked, no reg creep, very consistent, still running original reg which is still using it's original piston & washers, no point changing something that clearly works. I do have a Gen1 & Gen2 AMP reg as back up 😃 also have a Vixen which is just lovely to shoot & very precise
The impacts are great guns if you have a good one they are hard to beat but they do seem to be getting more and more random, thanks for watching
What is the highest pressure you pumped?
Some said it leaks but you have no problem at all? 👍
I have the 700 V3, it is the best reliable airgun I have ever owned! I shoot it confidently ,the match grade barrel is amazing, it is not a stick with so many o rings !!

A good wrap up to a great rifle.....the bullpups really have shown the way in terms of performance out of the box. Looking forward to the next one.....I won't guess as I've seen it 🙂 I fully agree that accuracy wins out. Looking forward to the next series.

The Vixen is a cracking little rifle. I have the short with a hefty IOR Vulcan on it & it's still insanely light, but it's darn accurate with almost everything pellet I use

It does not put just a grin on the face of the owner of the rifle - but on my face as well! Very enjoyable to see and hear all about the rifle and it's performance, then and now.
3.5mm spread of a 4.5mm pellet group...at 50 yards!! Wheee!!! Just awesome!
Can just but get amazed of how a noticeably wider spread of velocity can in practice be proved to do better on paper, than "on paper"..😁😁..🤣

Hello, I have had the Vulcan 3 for a short time and I am very happy with it. The only thing I don't like is the noise of the hammer spring. The rest is fine. I have only fine-tuned the trigger to make it lighter with your settings. Now, with a piece of wood, I have corrected the curve of the trigger like a quarter moon to make it straight. It suits me well for my big hands and when I leave it straight, I can pull it from the bottom, taking advantage of the law of the lever. I gain smoothness by reducing the effort. Regards.

Clocked the fx impact 😂 I agree with accuracy over fps spread! I tuned mine to as low as 2fps spread and the rifle wasn’t as accurate as when I had 11fps spread. People do get obsessed over low fps between shots but it’s not set in stone. Ps, 😳 800 shots to 1000 shots… that’s more than my Uragan king 😱 pps, still waiting for you and you dad to come to the farm (walnut tree range) 😂
I've said it for years "don't chase low numbers, focus on down range" low ES/SD do not mean it's better

Love mine, got it soon after you got yours, 3k pellets and it’s been faultless, only gripe is the 23 spec mags with no last shot hold open

As usual an very nice tread on the Vulcan3. Some say its agricultural some say it is one of the best. I have an early Vulcan3 700 in .22 with an Alfa barrel. Right out of the box very accurate with fx hybrids. One thing annoyed me , the ping, which was very bad. Made at fitted a depinger in the plenum. It is dead silent now. Experiemented with the reg placement, its on “ high “ power now and fitted an 300 bar 0.7 ltr bottle. She is a keeper.
i think as a hunting gun you just can't go wrong and if you do want to do a little target work it is very able to keep up with the best

Shooting a Brk Ghost at the moment and very happy with it , though some complain about the trigger pull I have found it fine 👍 it shoots where I point it 😀 .
It’s the most suitable rifle for my hunting 👍
I have hunted with HW and Daystate both excellent manufacturers and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
What I like about your channel is its honest reviews, warts and all , you call it how you find it 👍.
Other you tubers 🙄🙄🙄. who praise the latest offerings from Airgun manufacturers ,

I am trying to understand why having a closer velocity spread would have an effect on accuracy? The results you get prove it is not the Holy Grail we all strive for.
there's lots of factors but on this gun to get better consistency we needed to back off the tension on the valve return spring and back the hammer spring off a little, that in turn will make the lock time much longer so better consistency but not so accurate in the real world😁 as an example hope this helps 👍
@@sub12airgunners Thank' you for the reply. Takes me back to the days when paper punching for the Cadets with the 22Lr version of the Lee Enfield. Went to the local club and used a Anschutz match rifle, began to understand Lock times. Flintlock V Daystate electronic.

Also i agree completely with accuracy over chronograph.With FX slug liner and excellent 1m/s spread & 10 shots i got worse groups than higher speed 10m/s spread with slugs.I was blown away how can i have good shots with such kind of spread....

Really happy with my Vulcans 3 500 and 700 just tuned the 500 to shoot 30gr slugs at 940fps laser accurate

The rifle does look to perform very well. I do think that the muzzle brake you made suits the shroud and the rifle very well. I have never shot an AGT rifle, I don't shoot that well with bullpups, so tend to stay away from them. Do appreciate your engineering skills and the work you put into this rifle doing the videos.

Now watched the video & so glad you agree with my thoughts, concentrate on down range precision not numbers. I've NEVER seen precision accuracy with a very low ES/SD. Is a 5p really 18mm???
took me a long time to stop chasing the numbers and start watching the paper 😁 5p is indeed 18mm
@@sub12airgunners one would think lower numbers would/should work better, but it certainly never appears to be, weird for sure.

@@sub12airgunners well i got mine in the end and its a pretty beast. my only issue is that with the scope on i cant do the carry bag zip up as the turret sticks out lol, it was free so i guess its not much of an issue .

How would you compare the accuracy to the Anschutz 9015, I shoot benchrest but it would be amazing to be able to use the one rifle for several disciplins and pest control.

I have just purchased a vulcan 3 in .177.i know all barrels are not the same but what head size do you think is the best?,i have tried over 12 different pellets and head sizes and groupings were not that good
very nice rifle mate and the mods you have done just put the cherry on top of the cake 👍 now then i have a question for you as a red wolf guru 🤪 fill valve has a little brass cup in it (which fell out when i took the valve out 😱 does the flat bottom face the rifle or the top of the valve 😁 looking at the way the valve works i think it should be the flat part should face the rifle so the valve pin can move up and down but thought i would better ask . gun on the table impact . wow what else could you do to that my friend don’t think there is much on that rifle you didn’t modify 🤣🤣🤣

I'm looking at the AGT Vulcan 3 700 and Uragan 2 700. Do you have any comments either way on how they compare? They both seem to be reliable and accurate, but I'm leaning to the Vulcan. Thanks
they are both very good but i would agree the V3 is the winner for me only because i like the stock better 😀

When fitting the FX bottle adaptor could you fit the M3 adaptor with the reg built in to take some load off the main reg ?

I bought a rifle turkey style .the effecto zeon ,,50 meters spot on .beyond spent more money.that is my honest review .50 meters oke a 100 nah ..30 meters spot on whole in whole with the jsb 18gr.cost 875 euro's

Very informative. However, a criticism is justified in my opinion. Only a minority of us are in the position to do the extensive modifications that you felt were necessary to be carried out by yourself to improve this pcp to your satisfaction. The rest of us want the product to come out of the box without the need for these modifications. Especially when it is a premium priced product. Unfortunately it is not good enough if the manufacturer produces a product that requires customer intervention in order to bring it up to the level that the manufacturer should have produced in the first place.
Your video, has therefore, done a disservice to the Vulcan 3 in my eyes, and discouraged me from seriously considering it.

as i say in all my videos these are mods i do because i want to and i can, they are things that a manufacture would not not be able to do o a production line and as i say in the vid the gun is fantastic out of the box and one of my favourites but i always encourage people to make there own minds up this is not a sales channel 👍
