Wow! Beautiful home. So much detail and thought. I love the use of brick throughout. Now that's a special home. Of course if I were the buyer I'd have to strangle the designer/stager who though it was a good idea to paint walls and trim neon pink. That would be the first thing on the honey-(un)do list 😉 Great tour/editing. I love this home.
David....What an exceptionally well done luxury home tour. I thoroughly enjoyed it and have subscribed to the chanel to watch more tours. There are a handful of local realtors who have RUclips channels where home tours are done....they could learn a lot from watching this channel. The only thing I missed seeing was the outside of the home. (I was also thankful at the very end that the home's private study was shown...we walked by it a few times during the tour and I was wondering when it would be shown? lol Nice tease. What is the asking price for this exquisite Bob Webb custom home? Mike in Columbus
Hi Mike, thanks so much! I’ll try to get video of the outside soon! I recorded this on Sunday right after we got all of the snow, so it was going to be very difficult to do a walk around the outside. The sales consultant was in the office during the first part of the video, so I had to wait until the end. 🙂 This home isn’t currently for sale, but I hope to bring some tours soon of current listings. Thanks for watching! - David
@@LivingInColumbusOhio That totally makes sense...the weather the other day was NOT helpful for an outside showing of this beautiful estate. Understandable. We just purchased our dream home in December. We bought a contemporary craftsman condo in NE Columbus neighborhood of Blendon Woods. Close to Easton, the airport, Downtown, New Albany, Intel. We found a real gem. It's a free standing detached condo (3100 sq. feet) so we get the best of both worlds living in a single family end lot house, but with all the maintenance-free advantages of condominium living. Only 21 Craftsman-style homes in this boutique neighborhood. We looked at Keswick over the years in New Albany (as a traditional townhome condominium) but it was simply too far out of our price range. My wife and I found our dream home only a mile and a half from where our family has lived in Gahanna for the past 27 years. A true Win-Win !! You should check out this part of town on your Channel. This home is built by Bob Webb Homes. If you live in the area or would be coming for a visit, I’d be happy to take you to some of their homes. Would you be interested in doing that?
@@LivingInColumbusOhio Thanks. I live in Powell. We have a few Bob Webb homes near us. I would love to see this home. Is Sundays open house? 25 years back I have looked at some of their homes in the Africa Rd. But the new construction details are amazing. Really impressed by the interior details of this model home. Thanks.
This home isn’t currently for sale as it is being used as the builder’s model home, but to replicate it, the price would be around $2.5M-2.6M. For reference, it is 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and 6,356 finished sqft. If you have any other questions or would be interested in seeing any properties, I’d be happy to help you!

Hey Rob, I just got a hold of a Representative of the builder. This particular floor plan they don't just hand out as it is one they use quite often and someone could just take the plan and go to another builder. Do you have interest in building it? Feel free to call/text or email me at 614-758-3444 or Info@LivingInColumbusOH.com to discuss if you'd rather not say here in the comments. And thanks for watching!

I definitely can appreciate that not everyone likes a modern design or neutral colors. I think that most builders would simply be trying to appeal to the most potential buyers with the design in a model home since it will likely be for sale at some point. Are you looking to purchase something with more colors and patterns?
Agree! I want to see some homes with a few fake chickens sitting on the counters and some pretty sunflower wallpaper border! Maybe a couple "farmhouse" signs and grandmas afghan hanging on the wall. Throw in some pictures of dogs playing poker and some beautiful wall to wall shag carpet and I'll be moving to Dublin Ohio.
hi :) i apologize if i sounded mean or critical. i usually don't say anything about this gray trend because i don't want to hurt anyone's feelings. i guess i felt that since it's just a model home, not someone's personal choices for their home that i decided to complain; but later i started to feel bad about it. i know a lot of people like the gray trend, i just personally don't like it. And likely not everyone would like my decorating ideas. i like lots of pretty colors in all shades, lots of pretty patterns on a small scale; not bolds, not big giant prints or patterns. i like lots of white background and lots of big windows. Nothing fancy; just plain. just for fun i like to design and redesign floor plans, all the materials, and the furnishings, decorations, etc. i have a lot of great ideas; but just no money haha, so it's just for fun for me. Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord and i hope everyone ask Him to be his or her Savior and Lord too; that is the most important thing of all; for the sake of our eternal soul. God bless :)
