2nd home: love back splash as one piece and no grout. It is easier to clean versus tile like the 1st home. Wish the side kitchen offices in both homes had extra upper and lower cabinets to store items. Personally, I'd make the space an extra prep area. I can imagine owners would opt for better shelves in the closets over those wire shelves. Now you mentioned snow, what about space to store lawn and snow machines? That's a feature if a home has garage space for that. We need that in Ohio, and it is a positive to have it versus not.
I have seen the kitchen offices have more cabinets in them, so that may be an option. You can have a 3 car garage on both homes, so I’d imagine many people might use the 3rd space for lawn mower or snow blower. Thanks for watching!
