I have the Basile smooth leather top grain, not plasticy but brighter and fresher and I love it. I do think it wears well and easy to clean, but to each her own.
Hi May❤ I loved this video! I think Polene and Straphberry are my favorite contemporary brands right now, but I’ve heard great things about Demellier, Atelier Auguste and Aspinal of London. Bastile was really a disappointment but I really think it was the color I chose. Thank you for sharing another amazing video❤
Hi May! Question about your Basile. Has your clasp tarnished yet? Sadly mine has shown wear and tear within the first 2 weeks of using it. I was curious. I love your black one!
I have the Parisa Wang and feel the same way, the leather feels treated and tough. The design is lovely, but I don't carry it and will probably sell it because it just feels cheap.
Great video May. Next time I go to Nordstrom I want to check out some Strathberry handbags. The leather looks amazing and they release some new styles I’m interested in.
@@mrsleyva Holy moly, that's heavy! Thank you for your answer. I've been eyeing the Strathberry Mosaic in Nano and watched your review. The only thing keeping me from pulling the trigger is their "signature" bar. I think it looks weird, like piercing metal. Would you say the bag is worth it? I want to be able to carry it in everyday situations. I'm also trying to decide between the Songmont Luna and Polene Dix? Which is lighter and easier to use? Thanks again!
@anafeller4069 Hi, ohhh I actually love the signature bar but I can totally see what you mean 😅 I think the bag is worth it, for an everyday option I would go for the regular size as it will be more comfortable to carry all your necessities. I cant help with the last two options as I dont own either 😕

Hi May. I have the mini Swann in fuchsia from Fleuron, the color is perfect for summer and the quality of the leather is great.
Oh that is a beautiful color 💗 Congrats! I have been intrigued by this brand
Always love a good spotlight on a contemporary brand! As you know you influenced me to get my first Naghedi! Thanks for sharing! 🩵

I think its a diff texture to the leather. I still believe it will be a durable handbag & think its a great option for the price 🙂
When I got a Parisa Wang bag, it felt like that too.
