You could write marineford in many ways that let whitebeard die, bb getting his fruit, sabo gaining his memory, and the straw hats to train. Ace just gets very injured, more than Luffy as Rayleigh says Luffy that "you were lucky for ace, but you will not be for your crew. And I'll teach you" Sabo gets his memory back from seeing that Ace escapes execution, or the two encounter each other and the reunion happens. Ace goes his own way since pops dies, as he wants to become pirate king for him. Ace awakens his fruit to help Luffy in dressrosa, sabo gets a different powerful fruit(idk which, The Spade pirates are remade as deuce joins ace again, and at laugh tale the three brothers truly unite. Ace the sword was on laugh tale, as a gift for ace, Luffy becomes king of the pirates and Ace gets together with Yamato the end
I think Dadan would have been a more ideal sacrifice to push Luffy to get stronger. Imagine if Sabo showed up to Marineford, Ace escaped, & the reunited brothers went back to their home village to visit dadan. Maybe Akainu follows them back to finish them off then Dadan jumps in between them & her sacrifice inspires Luffy, Ace & Sabo to train under Rayleigh.

It's fun to speculate what would have happened if certain major events had gone differently. Ace surviving is a pretty big one to consider, and I'm certain it has been debated and speculated many times how Jimbei, Tama, and Yamato's relationships with Luffy would change slightly if Ace had been alive.

I genuinely still think that marineford was necessary to happen. One reason is due to the fact that Ace HAS to die no matter what. Either die at marineford or die fighting against blackbeard (possibly final arc). It seems his life cannot be saved no matter what. As for Whitebeard, I had a feeling he was gna die in Marineford regardless and that will trump Ace to gather the rest of the WhiteBeard Pirates where they will have territorial war with the Blackbeard Pirates. This will in turn lead to the Whitebeard Pirates losing more and more of their territory throughout the 2 years. During that time, Luffy is forced to go with Rayleigh and not with Ace as Ace has a duty now to avenge his Captain while Luffy has to get his crew back. This will mean Luffy's training is still going to happen and will be the start of where Fishman Island and Dressrosa begins. So I do agree that this will align with the timeline you made. For Wano, however, instead of Kidd and Law vs. Big Mom, it will be Ace vs Big Mom (flame vs soul), Kidd and Law vs Queen and Jack (this fight actually makes sense because law is a medical doc vs queen's science and kidd's destruction vs Jack's destruction), and King vs Zoro (this won't change because Zoro is also a supernova and EoS WSS), Sanji vs page one or some fodder. Basically, everyone gets their power scaled down and Ace will eventually be killed by Blackbeard most likely during the next final arc.

I actually believe that the Whitebeard pirates would seek to join Luffy after WB's order or keeping him alive. Creating the Mugiwara Grand fleet earlier and With stronger pirates, later the original Grand fleet could join aswell (Bartolomeo being the only one I am 100% sure that would join). The former WB pirates would put Luffy's flag on WB's territory to keep them safe and Ace would stay with Luffy during the 2 year training, both turning even stronger

If Ace survived the arc wouldn’t have been as memorable or beloved. Ace’s death was a massive shift for the story and very symbolic for the arc and core themes of One Piece. It was a repeat of past events, both pirates dying that represented an era with the help of a marine to open the door for the new era of pirates. Another theme echoed throughout One Piece is about convictions and living or dying for them, which is greatly reflected through Ace and Whitebeard. Both of them lived the best of their lives and achieved their true goals already, Ace wanting to validate his identity with his own freedom and protecting the one person who helped him find purpose of his own existence, Whitebeard making his family. They were the last relics of the Past and Roger, so they had to leave for that reason as well, regardless of people believing Luffy didn’t change much if not at all.

I have a theory about one-piece ending: A user from Reddit that went viral from "Leaking" the ending said that the anime will end with a battle in the world between Luffy and BlackBeard. Luffy becomes the pirate king after defeating him. So in chapter 1064 Luffy talks akwardly strange about he had a dream and it ended with him becoming the pirate king. Ace death was one of the reasons luffy had to train, but if ace hadnt died he still would have trained because he lost his whole crew at sabaodie to the hands of kumar.....luffy suffered more pain and damge to his body while trying to save ace, and its in that saving montage that he meet jinbie, ivanka and many others, including his candle head friend bonclay (again). Also Ace fated his capture and death, when he ignored allll advice , and still went after blackbeard on his own, despite being warned several times. And then Ace finalised his death, by being hot-headed and taking picong/talk/insults from akainu instead of just running, if he keept going he may have actually escaped with luffy and maybe whitebeard may have even survived...maybe. of course we can never tell what may have or could have actually happened, unless it happened...lol. but the possibilities of what if's are always endledss.

I actually believe that the Whitebeard pirates would seek to join Luffy after WB's order or keeping him alive. Creating the Mugiwara Grand fleet earlier and With stronger pirates, later the original Grand fleet could join aswell (Bartolomeo being the only one I am 100% sure that would join).
The former WB pirates would put Luffy's flag on WB's territory to keep them safe and Ace would stay with Luffy during the 2 year training, both turning even stronger
i did a simulation if ace survived (pretty diff from ur storyline) and luffy figures out his imagination power bc of ace (SPOILER ALERT) seeing him make glasses which arent rubber at egghead
If Ace survived the arc wouldn’t have been as memorable or beloved. Ace’s death was a massive shift for the story and very symbolic for the arc and core themes of One Piece. It was a repeat of past events, both pirates dying that represented an era with the help of a marine to open the door for the new era of pirates. Another theme echoed throughout One Piece is about convictions and living or dying for them, which is greatly reflected through Ace and Whitebeard. Both of them lived the best of their lives and achieved their true goals already, Ace wanting to validate his identity with his own freedom and protecting the one person who helped him find purpose of his own existence, Whitebeard making his family. They were the last relics of the Past and Roger, so they had to leave for that reason as well, regardless of people believing Luffy didn’t change much if not at all.
I still feel luffy would train because in marineford he would realize there’s stronger people way out of his league maybe I’m wrong
@@egganegga He wouldn’t have trained as hard. Aces Death was the 2nd time Luffy had a major loss in his life, Jinbei’s speech moved Luffy out of his state of grief( a state Luffy never experienced ever at that point).This motivated Luffy to fight harder for what he has to make up for what he lost.

I have a theory about one-piece ending:
A user from Reddit that went viral from "Leaking" the ending said that the anime will end with a battle in the world between Luffy and BlackBeard. Luffy becomes the pirate king after defeating him.
So in chapter 1064 Luffy talks akwardly strange about he had a dream and it ended with him becoming the pirate king.
Is this a coincidence or is it ODA's foreshadowing.

Ace had so much potential but wasted it on luffy😮💨
Ace death was one of the reasons luffy had to train, but if ace hadnt died he still would have trained because he lost his whole crew at sabaodie to the hands of kumar.....luffy suffered more pain and damge to his body while trying to save ace, and its in that saving montage that he meet jinbie, ivanka and many others, including his candle head friend bonclay (again). Also Ace fated his capture and death, when he ignored allll advice , and still went after blackbeard on his own, despite being warned several times. And then Ace finalised his death, by being hot-headed and taking picong/talk/insults from akainu instead of just running, if he keept going he may have actually escaped with luffy and maybe whitebeard may have even survived...maybe. of course we can never tell what may have or could have actually happened, unless it happened...lol. but the possibilities of what if's are always endledss.
But the payback war would probably have the straw hats crew, I wouldn't see a reason luffy wouldn't have joined ace.
