Just want to encourage everyone not to give up if your first therapist doesn’t feel like a good match. My first therapist told me I needed to “just get over” my traumas. Not helpful. I kept looking and I found an amazing doctor who’s been my therapist for nearly 5 years now. He’s helped me cope with the worst times of my life and I’m not sure where I’d be without him. Sending you all lots of love 💕
As a Betterhelp therapist I am so happy to see you have had a positive experience with Therapy hope more people reach out to mental health services if they want support ❤
Therapy with the right therapist can work out so many issues, feelings, confusions, etc etc. It was helpful for me, and I wish you the best🙏 I am sending so many hugs and love your way, Sophie💌 you'll get thru this and come out stronger💪❤
Only watched your intro so far Sophie but well done for recognising that you need some help and showing others there is no shame it. I hope your sessions help you get through this difficult time. Sending lots of healing thoughts ❤
I remember my first therapy session. I was 20 and I more or less told her my life story up until that point (the "trauma" stuff) and I didn't even finish until halfway through my #2. I'm about to turn 28, and I'm STILL seeing her, but the progress I HAVE made has been invaluable.
Sophie your energy is so sweet, gentle, and authentic. i feel so sorry you had a bad experience, i wish i could comfort you and listen to you as a therapist would, to return the compassion and love you radiate to us. With that said, you are still shining bright as ever, and i pray you have all of the peace you seek 🙏❤️
i don’t even have all the words i need to express how lovely this was and what perfect timing too. just had a very triggering day yesterday but i’m safe and in healing mode and this video was just the thing. thank you sophie for doing what you do! you have brought me so much peace and comfort over the years 💛
I'm so sorry you are struggling with your mental health after a difficult birth. Thank you for sharing that, it helps to reduce the stigma. Happy you are getting support ❤
Hi Sophie, I don’t usually comment on videos but wanted to say I am also currently going through PND and PNA and your videos have been the only way for me to relax! Thank you so much 🙏🏻
Thank you so much for this video. I had my baby 8 months ago nearly and I have postpartum depression so it’s nice to know that I can relate someone else. People don’t understand how hard it is after giving birth and all the emotions! Stay strong Sophie ❤️

So sorry to hear what you're going through Sophie. Well done for speaking so openly about it, it will hopefully help others who may be in a similar situation. I wish you all the best.
Your videos always relax me. You seem like one of the truest souls when it comes to ASMRs. I have always been happy when I see that you have a new video available. Thank you, Sophie, for being so real. I hope everything is going well for you, too.
There are so many wonderful things about this video but I loved the attention to detail to include the data protection steps you're taking with our notes. Demonstrating safety before we even get into it.
I'm so sorry that happened to you Sophie, especially considering how excited you where about her to be there. I hope the therapy sessions go well, thank you for the asmr *Hugs*
😍 another amazing evening spending time with our beautiful friend momma Sophie! I love and appreciate you, for all you do for us! 🥰 Prayers for your recovery, and your sweet little family. Give them my love please! 🤗
Congratulations on the birth of your baby girl ❤I’m so sorry you had a hard birth best wishes for you and your baby thanks for the relaxing videos and all your hard work
I suffered post natal depression for four months after the birth of my daughter in 2002 and I also had a difficult vaginal delivery after an 18 hour labour. I also had to go back into hospital 3 days later due to feeding problems. She was also 2 weeks early. I wasn’t lucky enough to have counselling as I live in a regional town in Australia where mental health services are virtually non existent. I was also treated badly by the midwives and judged. Luckily, all came out well and my daughter is now a beautiful and healthy young woman. The doctor and midwife at the birth were wonderful. Yes, parenthood is one of the hardest jobs I know, but also the most rewarding. She has made it so worth it and we’ve always shared a close bond.
I’ve been in therapy since learning I was expecting I was diagnosed with ppd and it is tough dealing with it but I have therapy and meds so that helps but I wish you a speedy recovery love
when you wanted me to explain what makes me content and what my goals are, i pretended to answer as bank robber and planning a heist, and for some odd reason your responses seemed appropriate.

Do you do the "making smores" group by chance?
The dark spiral I'd go down if I found out I'd been receiving online therapy from someone subscribed to "SJWCentral"

Appreciate the openness and vulnerability in the intro, a good influence to people too afraid to speak 🙏🙌
I had post partum depression myself. Thank you for being so honest and sharing your story. I’m fine now but therapy helped me out too. ❤
