At the hotel I work at here in Australia, check out is at 10am and guests have to pay for mini bar. We also have a restaurant but we don’t have spa or gym facilities.

I work as a housekeeper at a hotel so know how one is run. It can be a fickle industry, busy some days, quiet on others. I am soon looking at doing hotel reception instead as I have back issues which makes housekeeping work difficult. It is a stressful and demanding job.
