    Thank you, thank you, thank you! I played around with all sorts of combinations from websites and RUclips trying to penetrate the mystic portal of Brake Maintenance on my 2016 Range Rover Sport. Your solution finally did the trick!

    What was it that indicated it was out of maintenance mode? When you said ah there it goes? I’m struggling to do mine . Does bonnet have to be open and what is displayed to indicate it’s back in normal mode

    Do we have to do this when doing the front brakes?

    • @stevfernandez1781
      @stevfernandez1781 Год назад

      not necessarily because in the front they don’t have electric motors

    My mechanic changed rear brake pads without putting it in service mode.
    Now my car brakes are spongy?? Can u guess the issue !

      Service mode only required when doing rear brakes. Your brakes just needs to be bed in. If it's still the same after 30km it might needs a brake fluid flush.

      @@dlandy241 yes, He didn’t put the car in service mode while changing rear brakes. Drove over 100km but problem still the same. It’s time to bleed the brake lines. Thank you soo much for replying !
