Thx but its still such a annoying workaround that turns me off. Maschine software needs to get their ish together so we can do proper fx automation and arrangements
How can I record the automation of the other fx into Logic? I can set it up for each part individually and use Maschine to control it using the dial below the screen but can't seem to record the end results. Many thanks in advance
Great to know this can be done. Due to slight latency issues when running Maschine as a VST I prefer just laying everything down in the Native software then exporting the audio.
Good video, but this is more an opinion on workflow. I was looking for technical integration like transport controls, pads mapped to Drum Machine Designer, control over Step Sequencer and Live Loops.
I cannot get the transport buttons on my Maschine Mikro Mk3 to control transport in Logic Pro X (LPX). Unlike my Maschine MK3 which appears as a Controller Surface in LPX, my Maschine Mikro MK3 does not!!! Is this a bug with my installation or a (missing) feature in Mikro compared to the full Maschine?
Shout out to you sir, Not a Logic User as I don't have a Mac, but found this video extremely useful. Will be adopting some of your workflow into my own using Reaper. Thank you.
Why doesn't Native Instruments develop a Komplete Kontrol type of software but for maschine... since KK integrates better than the actual Maschine sotware
I do like this approach much better than some others I've seen! Most other approaches lose features either from the MK3 or from Logic. This flow uses the best of both worlds. Ok, it's more back and forth, but it seems it can be done quickly.
i realy liked ur help, but i realy can't have fun with my maschiene, cuz it's leggy af... i got a godlike mac, logic pro x is running without any problems, but it takes yeares for the maschiene to show a not, that i've programmed, or to swich the scene, to show the kits ect. i don't know if ur answering comments, but if not, could anyone als help me with that please, i'm realy frustrated...
Superb video, thank you so much. And very helpful from Maschine Mikro perspective even though I don't use Logic Pro X. A kind request: Could you please do the Maschine Mikro MK3 integration video with FL Studio? I know there is one already available, but it looks a bit tedious and I would love your take on it. Please.
Good vid man! gonna watch it 10 times. Question what specs does your mac have? my macbook pro is struggling hard.. i see a lot of ''System overload'' even though i have the buffer size to 1024 and using 4 processing threads.. :( My macbook specs: macbook pro 2013 processor 2.7 Ghz Intel Core i7, Memory 8GB 1067 Mhz ddr3. Not sure if i need to upgrade my memory to 16 would do the trick ore a new (ssd) hard-disk.. your thoughts? Also my brand new maschine mk3 does not always start correctly.. after loading an existing track it sometimes freezes from the start, solved by power of and power on again.. annoying. thx for your time
Hey man! Thanks :) If you have an i7 processor your daw should hyper thread out to 8 cores (4 virtual). What daw do you use? Might need to turn that on
This shit is not straight forward or simple lmao.

Yeah, I do the same
This workflow is super slow and un inspiring, why native instruments put this video on their getting stared guide

can u show how to record in logic something from scratch using maschine as midi controler???
Good tutorial but Maschine DAW still sucks. The best NI can do is full integration with LPX.
I think best to not think of it as a.DAW
i thinks its maschine not maschinaa

It’s the same for me, my transport buttons doesn’t work.
This video has been a real game changer for me. Absolutely brilliant - thanks very much!!
just got the mk3 today. i was worried about the integration but you helped nail it on the head. thanks g !
Everything works great up until 11.33 when I drag the midi back into logic it does not produce a sound? Any help appreciated

it would be nice if this was made from scratch. hard to follow along for newbies.

Very useful tips and super clear tutorial!! Thank you!
MOST excellent! Thank you! great tutorial!
How do you program in Logic the pattern drum (maschine mikro mk3) to a separate pad and run them step by step in looping

Can you do something on that for Pro tools? Also my mk3 it's not responding with my software could you address on how to fix that?

@@Adsrsounds logic pro x
@@MannyXO yeah im just gonne do that soon thx!
Buy the SSD before the ram.. That's actually more essential
Could one do this with GarageBand - newbie
Thanks for trying. Its still difficult and annoying lol
Is the complete software included?
whats the name of the intro song? sounds amazing!
Nice and well explained!
Great video.
Dope! I’m really liking this workflow. Thanks for the info brotha!
thx Sir like always
When I export to audio and then drag into logic the sound is sped up, how can I fix this?
Have you tried changing a sample rate?
@@biczmusic this is the problem
I couldn’t finish the video because you calling it “Maschina” is annoying AF... Pronounce it right
Relax Singh
He is pronouncing it right. Everybody else is pronouncing it wrong lol. But yeah if you aren’t German then just say machine 😆
