How can you possibly say that Hebi Sasuke scales above Kisame. Him and his whole team got absolutely embarrassed by killer bee and then Kisame completely embarrassed killer bee and then said he was disappointing.
Hebi Sasuke and Taka Sasuke are not even the same. Taka Sasuke lacked Curse mark, orochimaru absorbtion, and was still wounded from his fight with Itachi.

Proving that curse mark makes a difference would not be relevant because I never said that Hebi sasuke beats Bee or anything. Bee still beats Hebi Sasuke with his bijuu power. But equating Hebi and Taka Sasuke doesn't give Hebi Sasuke justice.

Not really. First, it wasn't a "perfect" susanoo if I recall correctly. It was a full body susanoo but it had no armor. Second, Hiodora has a lot of charge time. Sasuke can do a lot in that time. Third, even assuming it was a perfect susanoo and Guy can throw it out immediately, he didn't even damage it. He just knocked it back. Finally, that's an end of shippuden guy. The video is comparing beginning of shippuden who is mostly(and likely) inferior to himself EOS considering that Guy and Lee train for the free time.
There’s a couple of problems with the scaling here. Pre kage summit sasuke scales no where to killer bee. He died multiple times in that fight and killer bee was obviously not taking him seriously, plus the fact he wanted to escape the village to have some freedom. I think you guys are downplaying both kisame and guy. It’s not like kisme without his sword was even close to beating guy he literally had no chance against him. The 30% clone thing is a little dumb, he didn’t need to go into 6th gate to beat him he had to do it to protect his student who were about to drown. Also for the Kakashi rivalry thing are you guys talking base to base or do you really think that 6th gate guy would lose to begging of shippuden kakashi. Also hebi sasuke and pre kage summit sasuke would not have a chance e against kisame. Kisame beat killer be with no difficulty and this is the same killer bee that sasuke died to 3 times and only landed one hit on. Tbh there is a little sasuke wank here.

I think Guy could have beaten 30% Kisame with the 5th gate. The reason Guy used the 6th gate is because he needed to beat 30% Kisame as fast as possible because Tenten was about to drown.

Yeah, it can also be argued that Guy had a major sense of urgency and he was like, "I HAVE to use the 6th Gate or else I will fail my team." Especially when it is in Guy's ninja way to give it his all when things go bad for the people he loves.

Bee Folded Sasuke and all of Taka while fooling around honestly
Kisame folds Bee. Then on the turtle island, after escaping the water fall he stole nearly all of Bee’s chakra to the point where he basically collapsed due to chakra exhaustion.
Guy not only speed blitzes Kisame in 7th gate, but then annihilates Kisame through one of his strongest Jutsu and didn’t kill him because they needed to interrogate him.
Hebi Sasuke barely wins against Deidara who he completely countered with lightning style and nonsense. Kisame is definitely not weaker than Deidara if he’s folding bee like a dry towel.
By your logic, Might Guy > Kisame/Dying Itachi/Bee > Taka/Hebi Sasuke&Deidara

Hebi Sasuke is Sasuke... + a weaker Orochimaru, who still could fight Sasuke before absorbing Orochimaru who even in base was dogging on jonin level people like Naruto, Sakura, Sai, and Yamato with negative difficulty, let alone with his 10 times power amps via CM. So basically base Sasuke post Oro amp is stronger than his curse mark self pre oro amp. Then he goes 10x again.
MS is *NOT* a power amp, and even if it was, it's not calculable. At best we know ocular prowess is boosted by "several times" (Itachi novel) which can mean 3-4... which still makes him weaker than CM2 Sasuke pre Orochimaru amp.
Amaterasu isn't even powerful, just incredibly hot.
Sasuke wasn’t really good at using ms sharingan when he fought bee otherwise he would have used Amaterasu way earlier and also guy is a to kisame which is why he won

@@mellothirty Kisame’s jutsu uses others chakra to get stronger, but just because it wasn’t getting chakra from Guy’s hirudora, It obviously still had the strength to clash with the attack without any amps from the targets chakra and Guy overpowered him and speed blitzed him.
Also I mentioned EMS sasuke is getting folded by Eighth Gate Guy both narratively and comparison wise.
EMS Sasuke, Kcm2 Naruto, Gaara, Bee and Edo Tobirama all got demolished by Alive Madara with one rinnegan.
Kakashi has seen Kcm2 Naruto and EMS Sasuke, and still said Guy going Eighth gate has really become the most powerful man at that point.
Plus Like I said, Eighth gate guy was fighting a Ten Tails One rinnegan Madara while One rinnegan alive madara demolished EMS sasuke and Edo Tobirama aswell as all the tailed beast and Naruto
If Eighth gate is that big of an Amp, that Rinnegan six paths Madara wanked Guy as the strongest taijutsu user to have ever lived also means he would absolutely tear through Sasuke like paper in eighth gate which he has had for the entire series. Meaning Guy at any point vs any Sasuke at any point(Not including Six paths amp and beyond) should demolish sasuke with Eighth gate nonetheless.
You make some valid points but that version of Sasuke was a novice with his MS abilities and was definitely WEAKER than his previous self. The Sasuke that fought Danzo would body Bee.
Kisame is pretty strong without his sword tho. He beat the previous Samehada owner with regular blades. Although in that case it was mentioned it was more akin to assassination than a fight.
Regardless, Sasuke got slapped by Bee who got slapped by Kisame.
Now you mention Hebi Sasuke being stronger but Kisame scales over Deidara. Kisame even seem to imply he’s stronger than Deidara when he said, “he was one of the stronger ones” more akin to impressed than fearful.

Deidara literally had a tantrum during the fight saying “all that and you still take me lightly?” Even if you argue that Sasuke was going all out, that doesn’t mean Deidara was equal to him in terms of stats. Deidara and Tobi both state that Sasuke is faster than Deidara. Deidara even says Sasuke is “too quick” before even entering his Curse Mark State, so Deidara flies out of Sasuke’s range to avoid getting blitzed.
To be fair to Guy the only reason he says he NEEDS the 6th gate against 30% Kisame is because the rest of team Guy are stuck in water prisons so he had to finish the fight as quickly as possible
Guy was also holding back his power because his plan was not to kill kisame so since he was holding back he used 6th gate to handle the fight quick

This is weird because you guys aren't being clear on WHICH GUY is relative to Kakashi when talking about hebi sasuke. Yes Kakashi is relative to guy, but which guy, and which kakashi. When it comes to the war arc, we see MS kakashi keeping up with sixth gate guy in battle, but that's war arc kakashi. Part 1 of naruto and start of shippuden, we know they're rivals, but we've never seen guy describe how his fights with Kakashi go or how many gates he uses against him. At the start of shippuden, kakashi's MS time limit makes guy's gates time limit look like the length of a movie or something idk. It's heavily implied they are relative base to base, and we see MS kakashi fight against FKS sasuke, not hebi, not taka. so do you guys think full power hebi sasuke beats sixth gate guy? If so, I disagree. There's no way kakashi at the start of shippuden is relative to six gate guy. So kinda like how lee is stronger than neji, but loses to him in sparring because he doesn't use the gates, guy is stronger than kakashi, but is considered his rival because he doesn't fight him with the six gate, fourth gate, maybe third. You guys didn't really consider sasuke's time limits either. he was damn near collapsed when he used Amaterasu on the eight tails and the curse mark eats away at your body so sasuke can't use that forever too. Guy has mastered the gates and had been using the fifth and sixth gates often throughout the war. Also, you guys were downplaying kisame when you compared him to hebi sasuke. You said hebi beats kisame, but in swag's sasuke vs akatsuki video, he thought kisame beats hebi sasuke. If kisame fought taka (who is physically weaker than hebi), Amaterasu could either be absorbed with a shark bomb, or eaten by samehada. And if you think hebi sasuke would be strong enough, kisame could handle being hit with a version 2 cloak lariat.
So I think you guys didn't give guy enough credit, kisame is beating sasuke (hebi and probably taka if he doesn't look into his eyes), and guy beat him. Kakashi in base or with 3 tomoe start of shippuden is not relative to sixth gate guy. I feel like this video just generalized kakashi overall, and said he was weaker than sasuke and guy was relative to kakashi.
Your kind of doing the same thing, your accusing them of…. They said the base Hebi Sauske is stronger than Gai at the beginning of shippuden due to him being massively stronger than everyone else who’s relative to him at the time.
Which makes sense because the sixth gate gai who fought kisame is stronger than the one they are talking about. Gai does not stay stagnant in terms of power throughout the series so I’m kind of surprised your glossing over that.

You aren’t even doing that either. Your saying sixth gate Gai is the same strength early shippuden as he is when he fights a clone 30% of kisame. Prove it.
Here's a problem with your guys scaling though. You're equating Kakashi and guy in strength because of their record against eachother, but we don't know how many gates guy uses against Kakashi if any. It's completely possible that's he's not even using the gates, or at least the ones that strain his body in his fights with Kakashi. It wouldn't really make sense for a man that trains so much to use any gates that would over strain him, so Kakashi should be under guy in terms of scaling. Also, although kisame did not have his sword against guy, he absorbed killer bees chakra till the point of exhaustion, and as a guy with so much chakra, this had to give kisame a massive Amp. He absorbed more of bees chakra that time than in his fight with him. Bee couldn't even use his v2 cloak after getting his chakra absorbed on the turtle island. You guys are downplaying guy. Guy was also keeping up in speed with kisame before using the 7th gate, so logically speaking guys 7th gate should be quite a bit faster than kisame too

Yo I said the same thing, they just generalized kakashi and said that six gate guy was relative to that. We know kakashi could use the first gate, but there's NO WAY he can use more than 2 or 3. Killer B pretty much killed Sasuke really easily a couple times in their fight.
Kisame was ragdolling Killer B for a little bit and let himself “die” because his goal wasn’t to kill B.
So Kisame is pretty far above Taka Sasuke. Taka Sasuke is above Hebi Sasuke.
Guy is pretty far above Kisame considering he won against Kisame’s strongest technique.
So, by extension, Guy is above Sasuke.
My personal idea is
Guy > Kage Summit Sasuke and below.
Guy > or = EMS Sasuke
Guy < Sasuke with Rinnegan and all later forms
And by the way, the whole “War Arc Guy is stronger than his other forms” it doesn’t matter. Hebi Sasuke can’t survive a Hirudora to the face, even from early Shippuden Guy. And Guy CAN use all the gates even during part 1. So even if Hebi Sasuke starts to win and Guy gets worried over possibly dying, Guy unlocks the 8th Gate and instantly kills Sasuke. And if anyone wants to mention that Guy will die, yes that’s true, but that doesn’t mean he loses. At worst, the fight ends in a draw favoring Guy.

I agree for the most part, but I don't think Taka Sasuke when he fought against B was stronger than Hebi Sasuke. I got the feeling that he was still mastering his mangekyo. No susanoo, an amaterasu at the last time, kagetsuchi after the actual fight... I really think Hebi Sasuke would have performed way better against B at least untill the 8 tails showed up. Kage summit Sasuke was definitely better than Hebi Sasuke though.
@@vrj8791 I agree with this, Taka Sasuke doesn't have any extra training since he was Hebi Sasuke- all he's got is a Mangekyo. So I believe that Hebi Sasuke is probably stronger because he has Orochimaru hax still, while Taka would have better reflexes and Amateratsu. In other words, Hebi Sasuke would more than likely beat Taka Sasuke in a fight because he has more tricks up his sleeve.

I always interpreted the guy kakashi rivalry thing as them in base with kakashi having his sharingan covered and no gates guy so scaling guy as relative to kakashi doesn't really help, the kisame argument is fair tho
Kakashi's dad even recognized that Gai would surpass Kakashi because Gai was a hard worker. And Kakashi has a tendency to get cocky with his abilities and get lazy with his training.
1. Guy could've beaten 30% Kisame with lower gates if he wasn't in a race against time to save his students from drowning.
2. Kakashi and Guy being relative isn't actually substantiated. 8th Gate Guy would murderstomp early Shippuden Kakashi with zero difficulty.
3. The Gates don't scale upwards linearly, they scale exponentially, so 8th Gate Guy would be massively more powerful than 6th Gate Guy.
4. Guy's base doesn't scale up in power much at all over the course of Shippuden, which means early Shippuden Guy should be at least somewhat relative to War Arc Guy, who was overwhelming Ten Tails Madara, who scales far above Hebi Sasuke.
You didn't watch to the end? They acknowledge 8th gate guy and admit he would beat EMS Sasuke, but not Rinnegan Sasuke
Guy trains every single day so it’s implied he gets stronger overtime. As shown by him being kakashi’s eternal rival and we see kakashi get much stronger over the course of the series

Bee did not lose to Sasuke in any way. He could have easily killed Sasuke AGAIN right after he substituted out of the amaterasu. The only reason he got hit was because he was in Hachibi mode and was obviously a large target. Bee scales to the Raikage in speed who dodged the amaterasu pretty easily. So Bee wouldn’t have a problem with it if he stayed in V2.
Lets not forget in his cloaks his stats only incrrase. He would lariat decapitate o e Taka after another with ease.
He is afterall the perfect jinchuukiri of the second strongest Bijuu. And not thst much weaker then Kurama. And Bee at base is equal to the Raikage for their double lariat.
Amped Bee is a beast. Kisame was just the worse matchup because he absorbs chakra. Thats how he defeated Bee.
How does Sasuke facing off against Bee indicate that he is anywhere near Kisame. Bee thoroughly whooped his ass.... the whole team actually lol
1) this video assumes throughout the first half that guy and kakashi are relative and i’d argue they’re not in the slightest. Even in part 1 I’d say it was made relatively clear that guy was stronger. When itachi and kisame pulled up in part 1, the fact that guy was the only jonin able to do anything while the other 3 were on the ropes seemed to me like it being shown that although kakashi and guy are meant to be relative, guy >. Arguments can be made but overall I think it’s incorrect to base a point off of another point that is a debate in and of itself.
2) 30% clone kisame point is shaky. 6th gate slaps 30% and we don’t know if guy actually needed it he was just prioritising speed because his students were dying and gaara had to be found quickly. In addition sasuke literally got about killed 3 times by bee so even implying they’re relative is wrong. I think this point just doesn’t count at all.
3) 6th gate war arc guy was battling tailed beats casually and keeping up with obito and kcm 2 naruto who scale miles above sasuke. Five kage summit sasuke is fully relative to A as they would have ended with both dead if A finished his attack. A is relative to B who lost to kisame and kisame is weaker than pain. Kakashi, who is weaker than gates guy (especially 7th), was managing to keep up with and be relative to tendo pain so I think it’s quite clear that gates guy bodies sasuke excluding maybe EMS. Then again EMS < Itachi < Nagato < kcm2 Naruto and as established kcm 2 Naruto is somewhat relative to gates guy and obito.
4) Early EMS sasuke (kabuto) probably loses bc he’s below itachi (shown above) but ten tails batting EMS sasuke wins. EMS is a more eh one and I cba to type more and it’s a reasonable argument so fair enough but my personal opinion is early EMS loses and when sasuke joins the war he wins.
5) rinnegan sasuke stomps lmao yeah
EMS Sasuke don't get any stronger. The later feats with Naruto and the others just shows how strong Itachi is, since he's stronger than that Sasuke. It makes no sense to think Sasuke got any stronger, coz only just an hour passed since the Kabuto fight. You can't get any stronger in a few hours, not even days. To get better, you need to train months and months, years and years and slowly getting always a little better.
Other than this, you're right. I also think Gai slaps Hebi Sasuke. But Kage Summit Sasuke has a chance to outlast Gai. EMS just wins, IMO.

Another issue is the fact just because one beats the other doesn't mean Sasuke would pull a win against the loser. In Naruto hacks and fighting styles are thing. Its not as cut and dry as oh he beat him so obviously he'll win against a weaker person. Sometimes its just a mismatch.
I Would Say Bee Is Stronger Than Kisame Cause He Held Back Towards The End Of The Fight. He Couldn't Go All Out Because His Friends Were There Or Else He Would've Turned Into Gyuki And Just Crushed Kisame

Guy’s physical feats to me are just too overwhelming than any of Sasuke’s. Guy with the gates is greater than Deidara and Itachi, who Sasuke struggled to put down. Sasuke got murdered multiple times fighting Bee and got bailed out by his group. Same at the Kage summit, Sasuke not only had a limited amount of time to use the Susanoo and going blind, but he also got bailed out through a couple of scenarios there that either got him saved, or replenished his chakra/health. I will credit Sasuke for fighting multiple opponents at the Kage summit and being fatigued, but Guy is easily greater than ALL of the Kage and rest of the people there. Sasuke doesn’t even unlock the FULL Susanoo until he gets the rinnegan buff. Guy beats any Sasuke that isn’t post Rinnegan Sasuke.
I’m sorry but 7 Gates Gai isn’t beating Raikage whatsoever still because Raikage is way more powerful than him still, hiridori wouldn’t even do a thing to him because he can simply dodge it and keep in mind when he opens the gates it causes tremendous pain on his body and shits because he has a limited time to use it unlike Raikage and once he gets out the gates and get exhausted Raikage would easily blitz him still, but MS and EMS Sasuke would easily stomp 7 Gates Gai still.

As always I love these videos and i agree with your conclusions in like 90% of them. Even when I don’t I usually think the arguments hold up there’s usually just another way to look at all the evidence and come to a different conclusion. This was 25 minutes of the most insane Sasuke wank I’ve ever seen. Plenty of people have already talked about how their respective fights against B scale Kisame well above sasuke, so I’ll focus on another argument that didn’t track to me: saying that Kisame scales to 7th gate guy without Samehada. That is giving Kisame way, waaaay too much credit imo. To say that fight was even close to being evenly matched is absurd. Guy beats kisame in like 5 seconds with minimal difficulty and still had plenty of energy left. Even if taka sasuke was as strong as kisame (which he isn’t) that still wouldn’t be enough to match 7th gate guy. 5 kage summit sasuke stands a much better chance. It’s kind of insane how much stronger he gets between B and 5KS. I still think 7th gate wins because I doubt his susano is island level at that point which the hirudora is, but I could see sasuke taking the dub high difficulty. EMS/war arc is probably where guy needs 8th gate to win (he then stomps the shit out of sasuke with low diff) and then EOS and later beats 8th gate guy with negative difficulty.

Ahh you guys are so thorough and that’s why I love these videos, I had an entire argument how guy beats early part 2 sasuke due to sasuke being weaker than bee, and bee who was easily handled by kisame cant clearly beat guy. Even though guy struggled with the 30% clone he clearly beat the full kisame showing he could “outlast” sasuke but I wasn’t aware of sasuke being weaker in the akatsuki compared to him before losing the cm2 against itachi😅
I agree with a lot of the points, but I think War Arc Guy (7th gate) and EMS sasuke is an actual fight. (I also don’t think Nagato would’ve folded War arc Kakashi or Guy…. Ok AT LEAST not anymore than he did Naruto and Bee lmao) In the fight against Obito, we see Guy flat out saving KCM1 Naruto’s ass who at this point should at least have Jonin Minato-ish speed. So I definitely think Guy can keep up in the fight considering Sasuke and KCM1 Naruto seemed to be even. (And from the point you presented earlier, I guess Sasuke would only be able to tag team with Naruto AFTER his hate buff towards the world. And I don’t recall Naruto getting any stronger from the Masked Obito fight all the way up to when Sasuke 1st showed up in the war.)
And Guy has answers to Sasuke’s trickery. Like his 7th Gate attack that beat Kisame also worked on Reanimated Madara’s Susano in the war.
Lastly, I’m not sure if it was just to troll or find more room for Sasuke, but Guy being physically nerfed to Kakashi’s standards off of a few statements is a little much lol. I’m pretty sure Guy doesn’t use the Gates for when they spar. When we see them in flashbacks, they have base form sparring matches. Plus it’d be pretty sucky to tell Lee “not to use it unless you absolutely must protect your ninja way” (something like like that) just for him to turn around spam it on Kakashi for bro matches.

12:10 A highly probable reason for Guy jumping to the 6th gate is because of the urgency of the situation. He has to take out Kisame to rescue his students, there’s definitely a possibility that Guy could’ve put the work on the Kisame clone at a lower gate but didn’t have the time to find out.

An argument for why Yamato could have been “holding back” his speed and reaction time. This nigga was sent to capture a 12 year old who last he heard was barely stronger than naruto. Both naruto and sasuke got trained by two Sanin who are supposed to be equals (according to the leaf) for the same amount of time. I think 7th gate guy shits on any version of sasuke before EMS. Even EMS should struggle against the 7th gate. 7th gate guy beat Kisame, who himself beat Bee even with his tailed beast cloak. Bee was dominating MS sasuke pretty effortlessly, even before using any of his 8-tails chakra. Obviously 8th gate guy kills any sasuke before 6-paths war arc sasuke. I think 6-paths sasuke can always just teleport away from 8th Gate Guy’s attacks, given that he’s clearly much stronger than single rinnegan Madara (especially before the god tree absorption), who was able to react to even the Night Guy. The only thing is that Sasuke can’t fly, and his perfect susanoo would probably still get destroyed or heavily damaged by Guy’s attacks. But yeah 7th gate guy is at least able to easily beat MS sasuke (the kage summit version) with low difficulty (he’s not going to get caught in genjutsu because he won’t look into Sasuke’s eyes). EMS is much closer obviously, but given his taijutsu against 6-paths Madara, I would say 7th gate guy has a good shot of beating EMS sasuke as well.
After watching the video: MS sasuke was nowhere near Bee. Bee killed him multiple times (stabbing sasuke with multiple swords, the surprise attack with lariat after breaking out of genjutsu, another sword hit almost certainly killing sasuke had Suigetsu not blocked the hit, etc.) Sasuke was completely outclassed. Bee only used his tailed beast cloak to end the fight quicker, and only transformed fully for the same reason. Even when caught off guard by Amaterasu, he had enough time to escape with a substitution. Hell, just look at his fight with the various kage, especially the 4th Raikage. Even after sasuke was able to use Susanoo and had better use of flame control, the Raikage would still have killed sasuke. Hell, the only reason he even lost his forearm (and would have lost his leg) was because he was angry enough that he wanted to kill sasuke faster. The raikage’s stamina seems to have no noticeable issues, meaning that Sasuke’s chakra and eyes would give out way earlier, and the flame control defense around his susanoo would eventually go away. The Raikage was way faster than MS sasuke (and he even blitzed him from the side when sasuke was staring right at him). The only time sasuke dodged any of his attacks are when the Raikage was barely trying (in only his version 1 cloak), and when sasuke was amping his speed with chidori. Make no mistake, if the Guillotine drop had landed, it would have crushed Sasuke’s susanoo and killed him, at the cost of the Raikage’s leg. Given that Bee’s strength and speed are only barely below the Raikage, this further solidifies just how much Bee, and by extension 7th gate guy, was out of MS Sasuke’s league.

Cause juubi(the ten Tails Amp can be scaled at around planetary) madara who had the truth seeking orbs, susanoo and limbo decided to dodge guys attacks and guys afternoon tiger was cable of blowing him away, while Ems sasuke(who was stronger than when he fought Kabuto) launched a surprise attack on base one rinnegan madara and literally couldn't touch him, then just died.
Even if you wanna argue Madara just dodged cause he didn't feel like wasting chakra, guy in the seventh gate should be compare able to tsunade, and she was cable of destroying madara's susanoo with some help(this madara had the both rinnegan which obito stated makes a person far stronger so he scales way above sasuke)
So if sasuke got hit by any of guys attacks even with susanoo he would die.
Sasukes amaterasu also wouldn't work cause naruto was capable of blocking it by surrounding his limb/body with chakra and guy is surrounded by is sweat vapour which can even blow ruble away so the amaterasu would hit the vapour layer and not guy himself

Also lighting style is effective vs wood style. lighting>earth. in fact if you look at guys students in part one vs kakashi, guys students stomps. you talk about him breaking bones but its from the 8th gate in fact using 7 gates nd below he never states he has a stamina problem, also yamato has no speed feats that put him on kakashi level, no ap feats... so no yamato does not scale to kakashi, yamato is just a plot device to make sure naruto doesn't lose control/if he does yamato is there to stop him. guy fights most of the war ark in base.... taka sasuke was so unsure of kisame power he told his own teammate to pipe down, also his sword absorbs chakra he relies on that chakra to put him self on that level, its clearly shown in bee vs kisame where he struggles to fight bee at first nd his pencils to downright stomping him out due to eating the (8)tails power, there's no reason for his sword to be in a fight against someone who dont use chakra.... all his moves are supposed to be a counter to itachi.... can absorb the black flames with his sword, he can make his own move stronger by attacking itachi susanoo, even the yata mirror, which is comprised of itachi chakra, guy is the perfect match for him because he don't use chakra, not only this guy has anti sharingon moves, genjutsu not a problem, he even teaches lee how to count out his fighting steps to always know what his opponent {will do}, learning this, is even better then predicting moves.. also you said 7 swordsmen are hindered by not having their sword, nd that is only true for the ones that come back during the war ark, as we seen when they get their sword taken away they get put down pretty fast, however its the exact opposite for kisame, in fact he picks up bee sword nd is more than ok with the switch. Yeah, the scaling for guy~kakashi Kisame without his sword (which going off the scan you used would be 50%, but is still kinda vague and probably a ball park), but if you assume start of shippuden is weaker, then maybe.
Bee did do relatively the same damage to 100% base kisame with a V2 Cloak lariat as he did to taka sasuke in a lower Tailed beast cloak tier. This same kisame got wiped out by 1 hirudora from 7th gate guy, which honestly has a similar AP to Kirin (Hebi sasuke's strongest technique), although he was at 50% and had no regen from Samehada.
EMS sasuke does stomp 7th gate guy tho, that's an easy win. Just kagutsuchi his susanoo armour and slap him around with amaterasu flame punches and arrows without him being able to punch him directly and his sussano should be able to tank a hirudora if his susanoo scales to itachi's which tanked a Kirin (he may have used the yata mirror, but it's kinda contentious as his susanoo went back to normal and he seemed to take damage through it, which would be unlikely if he used the mirror).
EMS sasuke doesn’t stomp 7th gate guy. I think it’s actually a close fight. 7th gate guy destroyed Madara’s susanoo with a hirudora. Edo Madara was leagues more powerful than EMS sasuke (don’t even think about debating this). 7th gate guy could do some serious damage to EMS Sasuke even if he used his susanoo, and could easily dodge Amaterasu.

7GG bodies FKS Sasuke and early EMS Sasuke. He was able to react faster than eKCM2 Naruto and blitzed Edo Madara with Hirudora (608). And he almost blitzed Juubidara later with Shunshin (667).
You can also argue Kakashi was narratively relative to 6GG like against the Jinchuriki so maybe Hebi Sasuke can beat 6GG but 7GG would be more of a problem.

6th and 7th Gate Guy respectively, beat 30% and Swordless Kisame so badly it makes reverse scaling the limits of the amp Guy received kind of impossible. I don't share your confidence that CM2 (>=10 x White Snake Sasuke) is a greater power level than either the 6th or 7th gate amps. Sasuke obviously clears in base, but with no definite way to see who has the higher peak after amping up, I don't think its crazy to argue that Sasuke gets overwhelmed by the 6th or 7th Gate at max effort.
This doesn't go against the eternal rival narrative. The narrative in my opinion really only applied to their base forms. That was the case for Lee and Neji's rivalrly, and if it included their amps Guy would have to believe that Kakashi (any non-DMS) was a match for the 8th Gate which is obviously ridiculous.
Sasuke in his fight with B was injured from his fight with Itachi. That's why he seemed weaker. The 5 kage summit is where Sasuke is healed up and at full power

I definitely believe Guy in 5 gates is faster and definitely stronger than anything hebi sasuke displayed. I think curse mark 2 sasuke has more durability, blocking deidera’s bomb with a wing and the rest of his body didn’t take much damage. Sasuke’s close combat is also irregular using snakes, sword, and lightning attacks. It’s alot different for Guy than fighting against kakashi’s sharingan. Curse mark drains chakra, Gates uses a lot of stamina. Guy should be able to last a handful of exchanges in 5 gates, with a final blast in 6th gate to finish sasuke. The problem is sasuke knows about gates, and could probably trick Guy into going into 6th gate on a clone or substitution.

Guy didn't need 6 gates to beat 30% Kisame. He did it because Tenten and everyone was about drown and Guy needed to win the fight as soon as possible.

I feel like Hebi Sasuke might lose if guy got a hit in. I believe guy hits ways harder than sasuke naturally. If given the gates, he could seriously damage sasuke.
However, I do not know who is faster. Sasuke could potentially dodge guy's speed and attacks. This could turn the tables in his favor. But i don't think his defenses could handle guy's hits on early shipuden. Guy also burns a lot of chakra in the gates, but sasuke is a power house. He doesn't control the chakra very well. He goes hard and burns fast. This could work in Guy's favor considering his chakra control is pretty good. But the chakra burn could hurt either one.
I feel like the fight would be even and sasuke could potentially get away, but I don't think he could KO Guy.
