My paw had a Charolais bull he bred to south poll and hereford white face cross. That bull was docile and prolific and threw magnificent offspring. Didn't catch the "live" but watched and gave a thumbs up. Love the farmer talk! Happy New Year!
Missed the live broadcast, watching the recording right now. LOVE your channel. Our Cornish Cross grew like crazy this year. The only difference was we fed them Kalmbach Start-to-Finish, Non-GMO. We butchered them 2 days shy of 8 weeks old, and our biggest were 9 lb, 5 oz.

No. We look for a pig that does well outside, grows fast and has a good quality meat. Show pigs are just that......for show
