not sure if anyone gives a damn but if you're stoned like me during the covid times then you can watch all the new series on instaflixxer. Have been watching with my girlfriend during the lockdown xD
thanks for the great feedback! and yes, the dough is abit dry at first, if you let it rest over time the flour particles actually hydrate fully and the dough would not feel too dry anymore😊
Absolutely brilliant easy to follow thankyou ❤

Grate your butter and it will mix in a lot quicker but definitely going to make this batter
thats a grate idea!! haha
What does adding vinegar do for the dough?
it prevents gluten formation, hence a more tender crumb. and i feel like it does add some nice flavour to the crust as well
@@CharinsChang Also helps to keep it from turning Grey in color- if you store it in the frig a few day's. This is a great recipe. Thank you.
“Vinegar flavor:”nice taste???! You gotta be kidding me!
maam what kind of flour do you use maam
i used all purpose flour
Did you show the flakiness?
did i?
@Charins Chang I'm not sure if I missed it in the video. If you did, can you tell me, please?
Ur dough was a wee bit dry, needed a little bit more water. Also, its easier to use a dish and cut the butter with a knife, far quicker. Thank u.

this is short crust pastry and not flaky pastry i guess...?
Use a food processor
You can do that better
