Spicy Pork & Cheese Rolls, Perfect Snack! | How To Bake!

  • Recipe for 10 spicy pork & cheese rolls!
    Dough:
    150g All purpose flour
    90ml Milk (warm)
    3g Dry yeast
    3g Salt
    3g Caster sugar
    25g Butter (room temperature)
    Filling:
    300g Minced pork
    15g Chili paste (Sambal oulek)
    +-75g Grated cheese
    1 Egg to brush the rolls
    Process:
    -Prepare pork filling, mix pork with spice mix and chili paste.
    -Divide into 5 pieces of 60g.
    -Cut in half, so in total 10 pieces of 30g.
    -Put pork into fridge, time to start with the dough.
    -Add milk, sugar and yeast into a bowl and mix.
    -Add flour and mix slowly until a dough has formed (2 minutes).
    -Mix fast for around 4 minutes.
    -Add butter and salt, mix slowly until well absorbed.
    -Mix fast for another 2 minutes, until dough looks smooth and extensible.
    -Shape dough round, cover and let rest for 1 hour.
    -Divide dough into 10 piececes.
    -Shape them round, than into logs.
    -Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
    -Fold pork into the dough, like shown in video.
    -Grease with egg and cover with cheese.
    -Place rolls onto baking tray.
    -Cover again and rest for 30 minutes.
    -Ready to bake, 200C / 392F.
