EPISODE 6 GOLF TOURNAMENT 1: CANTIGNY

Welcome back to another Back 9 video! This was my first Veterans Golf Association (VGA) golf tournament of 2022 in Cantigny, IL. Learn more about the VGA here:

The conditions for golf were really tough and I ended up shooting an 89, but I did manage to avoid relegation back to D Flight.
Did i mention i love golf!??

About me:
I am 42 years old, currently playing at a 10 handicap but striving to make progress towards scratch golf. I am fully aware that I need to fix my grip haha, it definitely works for me but I am trying to fix it and would love your recommendations. And yes, I do put with a glove on and have done so since I started playing at age 10.

Yeah it was super unfortunate…we were a bit shocked that the state director had a big issue with it. Not expecting it to be a big issue in the future as most of the tournaments I play are in Wisconsin. The whole day was kinda weird!!
