That is by far, one of the coolest charizard designs I've seen
Not going to lie I wish they used this kind of Charizard design for Detective Pikachu

@@petergresh516 I'm gonna chime in here with some fun facts. I'm faintly acquainted with an artist they brought on to help with the designs, someone who does realistic Pokemon. They had to find the balance between realism and losing the sense of "Pokemon" in the designs for the directors, so the Charizard in the movie was a middle ground. Some of the earlier Pokemon designs they did looked far more akin to this style, but they weren't used. Look up RJ Palmer on Artstation for some of his work in the movie!

I really love and appreciate the fact that he took something that was very 2D and cartoony and gave it a more realistic look. This looks more dragon like and I really love it!

I got a question. Are your sculptures hardened or are they still pretty mailiable when they're painted?
That's a good question I'd like to know too
Because I thought he was using monster clay
He said before that he uses Plasticine clay, which basically never hardens
They never harden, they are display pieces, the material is plasticine. :D
