if T. rex had bigger arms, it would compete for muscle attachment points with the jaw muscles, weakening his bite. also it would make it unbalanced since it adds more weight to the front part of T. rex, with huge arms and a huge skull he would need a massive tail to balance itself. so I say T. rex is as maxed out as he can get, big arms wouldn't help him
He didn't get the ability over night. If you really wish to sculpt like him, get clay, alu foil, some wire and start practicing. Even the greatest artists had to start at zero and work their way up. Talent helps you to learn faster. But you still have to learn and practice.
You've inspired me to get into clay sculpting. I'm a 3D modeler and I have worked in digital sculpting programs like Zbrush but never worked with the real physical medium, but after seeing your work I'm going to have to give it a go now

i think ive finally cracked it , I think he uses Polyester Gelcoat which is the white paint thing and later paints with acrylic

I stared sculpting around a year ago. I just bought some colored bakeable clay and just started sculpting. You should try it. I’m much better now.
Try to learn a 3D programm, e. g. Blender, and buy a 3D printer.
