It's not that bad of a tear down I took the whole counsel out in about 45 minutes
I just got the shifter bushings and short shifter installed like 2 days ago, so much better!!

It’s always nice to see people using PRL parts , PRL is our local heroes , they are literally right next door to my job. I love how big they have got over the years. They used to do the installs for us, but now they are 💯 focused on part manufacturing. Awesome choice . I recommend a complete prl upgrade if you own a civic si !

I have that setup man 2020 type r shifter with all the acuity parts except for the shift rocker, I love it the shifts are shorts the shift knob sits a lot lower too 👍
Nice man! That’s basically what I want! The acuity shift shifter seems too aggressive even with the customizable throw. I want it to feel like OEM but be OEM++

Thanks man! I left it in 1st. It won’t move unless you push the actual piece where the bushing attaches to. After the install, car was still in 1st. You can put it in neutral too if you’d like
Does one has to grease the bushings like the oem where or not
