@@cat-hg6fz this will work great for that purpose. You will get a nice crispy sound out of this. There’s no added sound effects features or recording pads though like with gaming mixers.
Where's ther review of the software? I'm kinda curious if i can still custom the EQ here like on the usb mode. EDIT. I didn't read your reply well on my last comment haha, so it's like upgrade but the custom EQ feature will be gone if i switch to xlr/audio interface?
@@Amutomoto I was looking at that one today. Need to get my hands bon it. Don’t have it yet. Looks like exactly what it says - a mini ps22. If you don’t need to use 2 mics simultaneously then this is an option as well.
@@Amutomoto I can’t say for sure about the quality until I test it out but on paper the lite looks to have decent specs. I’ll see if I can get Maono to ship me a demo unit.

I had the Behringer umc202hd audio interface but the problem I had was, the 1st input only had sound in your left ear and 2nd input only had it in the right ear when mic monitoring. Never could get that fixed. Does this interface have the same issue ?
@@Mushamir is your final recording taking place on an SD card in your camera? If so then yes. Though I haven’t tried it myself. It could be the output line or headphone line that delivers the sound out to the camera.
@@TekToyzGaming Yes correct! Basically XLR mic ------> audio interface (3.5mm output, does it work)? --------> 3.5mm INPUT of DSLR --------> SD card of DSLR Headphone jack to be used for monitoring purposes only, not recording*
I can’t really see a reason why that would not work, especially since the Dac operates outside of the mixer. Must say though I have not tried that method myself.
Is this like a DAC? I'm currently eyeing Fosi K5 Pro because it has a mic and headset input which I will mostly use for gaming. I wonder if this is a better alternative.
Will need to get my hands on a comparable model. Though if we’re talking about the 3rd or 4th gen focusrite those may be a step up. However we’re also talking about steps up in price. Scarlett is a little more refined. However Maono is true bang for your buck with compared to it.

Glad you did a review of this, was contemplating replacing my m-track duo with the ps22
i need setup 2 dou PC (gaming) -> PC live stream

Sounds like old tech lol. This one has the mono and stereo switch so you can hear both sides.
