@@dark_white_bricks I wrote *any* content, only approved apps can be ran this way. Unless Carplay letting you play netflix etc when parked? (I had the impression both wouldn't)

NO FRONK - is a shame, I do agree with You.. at least a small pocket for a charging cable, because I always have something in the rear space, so - to take every thing out, just to get a cable, which is hidden under the floor is dumb. Especially if You are traveling and the car is full with stuff... Heat pump - must have.. Charging - 50 kW in standard.. in 2021? really? should be 100 - 125 kW, with no option to go less.. Also, my big concern is this small monitor - instrument cluster, in a car, which, if You pack it full costs around 60 000 eur? I am waiting for my own test drive with this car.. Dealer promised that my order will come soon :)
Good review. This fully loaded car looks good but the lower spec cars lacks a lot of these even the stuff like the adjustable boot floor and blind spot are extras in my market.

Hvala. Problem je da drugi često ne žele dati aute na test primjerice Tomić. Kad i dobijem vremenaki sam jako limitiran jer se radi o testnim autima kojem dobijem na 24h, ne tjedan dana kao novinari. A snimanje, montiranje i sve popratno zahtjeva puno vremena, često rad i po 14h. Balkan je premala publika i kiliriki od reklama. Nema tu kruha, bez dobrih sponzora nema ništa. Probijam se na svjetskoj razini.
@@JRCarReviews slažem se s tobom ali ne odbacuj niti Balkan :). Uglavnom moraš se malo bolje prodati još (nije da ti solim pamet, ali pokušaj im prezentirati pozitivne strane da ih reklamiraš. Zbog toga ciljaj na Balkan da privuces auto kuce. Zaista zelim da uspijes jer nisi dosadan i fakat te ide, ali malo si promjeni filozofiju jer si bas OK i nisi dosadan sto je najvaznije, ali fali ti izbor autiju. Uglavnom znam koliko iziskuje vrmena i truda zato ti zelim pomoci inace nisam piskaralo niti se mjesam ikome u posao no 100 000 uz balkan ces brzo postici, a to je vec brojka kojom mozes i Tomicu, Emil F., Benussiu (jaguar, Land Rover) i ostalima bacit na stol i pregovarati, njih zanima nasa publika mi trosimo kod njih u salonima i post prodaji. 😉

Nice review. One point though. You talk about it being a downside that the Enyaq won't be able to get increased range, acceleration etc. via software update like Tesla can. Are you sure about this? The IDs are now able to get OTA updates, which Enyaq not be able to do that?
The both have OTA updates. But at this point it’s only bug fixes, no new features. VAG group is very conservative doubt they will give your car new value after sales and years after. They could of done that in last 10 years and they didn’t. Tesla has same lvl of interior, same camera layout same technology. VAG has different specs. I don’t believe they will add anything new for free. So at this curet state I don’t see value in VAG or any other BEV besides Tesla and Tesla set a really high technology and software benchmark.
@@JRCarReviews VW and, I believe, Skoda also have already confirmed that an OTA update is coming this year that will increase DC charging speeds. Also, VW says they will do OTA updates on a regular basis (ca evey 3 months), doubt that is going to be limited to bug fixes. I think your criticism is unwarranted..
In 14 months of owning a tesla model 3 the OTA updates only brought bug fixes, new games, and a worse user interface (made the map smaller and filled one third of the screen with an animation of the car). So even tesla doesn't do it that well.

@@JRCarReviews Acceleration does not counts if you want to keep the rules. Autopilot just killed two people. I don't understand the charging network since you can charge both everywhere. About the seats you may be right, but in other tests everyone said that its very comfortable.
@@npimksztsz two people that didn’t use the autopilot thats fake news, if they did they wouldn’t be des now. Having a finished super charging network is a big advantage as rest of infrastructure is slow and rear. And you don’t need any apps with Tesla it’s just plug and charging.

I wonder if you could fit a side blinker in the side blank piece like old school regs demand, as seen in the id4 they moved the indicator to the inside of the front light , that crap for people 60 degrees from center as you just cannot see it , and why no smoker pack and 12v option?
I prefer turn signals in side mirrors, not on side of body like on a Tesla. It’s better visible from the side and back and front angle. But dynamic turn signals should be solid when using all 4 as hazards. Smoking is bad for your health they removed it for a reason. I know many people who smoke but specially don’t smoke in there car as smell gets everywhere, and that smoke gets in your AC it sticks to everything. I serviced old computers where people smoked like Turks it was horrible every component sticky like a glue full of dust. Awful! I wouldn’t buy a car if I knew someone was smoking in it.

Need an extended sun shade for virtual cockpit. Eco Suite option is not Animal free it is animal skin processed with olive oil. LOFT & STUDIO are animal free.
Same here. But they have a saying in Croatia. More money, more music! As I said in my Night POV review. Enyaq is a good spacious SUV if you want a basic EV with navigation. If you want a smart car then I would be looking at Model Y.

Its either leather or its not. I'm getting a bit fed up with the word vegan creeping in everywhere. They represent a very small proportion of our population and my country produces a lot of leather so we need to use it. I'm a beekeeper 🐝 and vegans won't use honey 🍯 which is madness as we need to support pollinators.
Leather comes from animals who are mass raised for slaughter for meet and there skin. People don’t want real leather anymore. Artificial leather is more durable, doesn’t have funky smell, and animals don’t get killed for profit. Those animals on big closed farms are treated poorly they are feed with hormones and they are poorly treated. Those hormones are getting in your diet creating in balance in people’s diet and health or even mental health issues. All those animals also create big CO2 emissions. So real leather in a product no thanks! Honey well honey is sugar bees make more of it any way they are helpful in nature and wee need more of them. If vegans don’t want to eat hone that’s there lose. And for animals we can all eat more vegetables instead of eating meat every day which is unhealthy.
@@JRCarReviews listen mate, I'm a farmer and I'm telling you that we need livestock in certain locations that are not suitable for other forms of agricultural production. I suppose you are going to tell everyone that they can't eat meat anymore - good luck with that!

I tested the car some weeks ago and noticed that the rear camera doesn't work very well when it's dark outside. Couldn't see anything...

If you have stuff in the boot, does it have to be removed in order to get the charging cables? In my BMW i3 the cables are so accessible in the frunk.

Bit strange to compare the Enyaq to the Model Y, they're in a different type of price range.

What are the things the Model Y is better at?
Acceleration, infotainment, charging network, autopilot with Full self driving coming as subscription next month and it has more comfortable seats.

Just buy the Q4 instead - if you buy a cheap car you cant expect it to be good at everything or just pay the extra for the premium.
